Olson (eye) isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Baltimore.

Olson will be out of the lineup for a third straight game as he continues to deal with an eye injury that he sustained during batting practice Thursday. Seth Brown will start at first base and bat sixth.

Vaughn isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Cleveland.

Vaughn had started each of the last three games and went 3-for-9 with two doubles, three runs and four strikeouts. Jake Lamb will start in left field and bat eighth.

Kirilloff went 2-for-4 with two home runs, a walk and four RBI in Friday's 9-1 win over Kansas City.

Kirilloff made some major noise for the first time since his April 23 call-up. The 23-year-old launched his first two major-league homers, the first being a three-run blast in the third and his second just a solo shot in the fifth. He became the first Twins player to hit his first two career home runs in the same game since Pat Meares in 1994. Kiriloff started out just 3-for-26 with an RBI, a run scored and a 0:6 BB:K over his first eight games, so it was encouraging to see him finally living up to the hype as the organization's top prospect.

Santana went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 9-1 loss to the Twins.

Santana provided the only run for the Royals when he drove a fastball 424 feet to right-center field in the fourth inning. After a disappointing 2020 campaign, the 35-year-old is slashing .247/.363/.506 with six home runs, 20 RBI and 14 runs scored to go along with a 16:15 BB:K. He's been one of the Royals' better hitters and is a key reason why they're in sitting in first place over the first month of the season.

Walker (oblique) could appear in games at the alternate site this weekend, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

Along with Walker, outfielder Tim Locastro (finger) could participate in alternate-site games this weekend, That means both players could potentially return before or during the Diamondbacks' upcoming road trip that begins Tuesday in Miami. Their returns would reshape the lineup, impacting the opportunities for Nick Heath, Josh Rojas and Pavin Smith.

Cabrera started at first base and went 2-for-2 with a double, two walks, two RBI and a run scored in Friday's 7-2 win over the Rockies.

Cabrera has started at all the infield positions and should continue to rotate in at first with Christian Walker (oblique) still on the injured list, although he's started hitting. Manager Troy Lovullo has been careful with the 35-year-old infielder; Cabrera has not started three consecutive days all season. In instances where he's appeared on a third consecutive day, it's been as a pinch hitter. Cabrera is slashing .257/.385/.419 with two home runs and 12 RBI in 23 games.

Votto went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a home run and three RBI in Friday's 8-6 win over the Cubs.

His two-run blast off Jake Arrieta in the third inning was the 300th of his career and gave the Reds their first lead of the game, a lead they wouldn't relinquish. Votto had gone just 2-for-18 over the prior six games, but Friday's performance could signal the beginning of another hot streak for the 37-year-old. Votto wraps up April with a .242 batting average, five homers and 16 RBI through 25 games.

Hoskins went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Friday's 2-1 win over the Mets.

Hoskins got aboard with a walk and stole second in the eighth inning, but he was left stranded. The first baseman had a powerful first month of the season with eight home runs in 26 games. He slashed .231/.273/.529 with 14 RBI and 19 runs scored across 110 plate appearances. Speed's not a huge part of Hoskins' game -- he's never had more than five stolen bases in a season (2018).

Cooper (foot) went 2-for-5 with an RBI single in Friday's 2-1 extra-inning loss to Washington.

Cooper didn't end up missing a game after fouling a ball off of his foot Wednesday. He knocked in Miami's lone run Friday, plating Jose Devers with a 10th-inning single. The 30-year-old Cooper has a .197/.288/.324 slash line with two home runs, 10 RBI, seven runs scored and no stolen bases across 80 plate appearances this year. He has a near-everyday role in right field while Adam Duvall is covering for Starling Marte (ribs) in center field.

Calhoun underwent a procedure to excise the left semitendinosus tendon in his left hamstring Friday, Jack Magruder of the Associated Press reports.

Calhoun landed on the 10-day injured list due to a left hamstring strain Thursday, and it appears as though he'll miss several weeks after he underwent surgery. The procedure usually carries a recovery timetable of 6-8 weeks, Zach Buchanan of The Athletic reports. Pavin Smith, Nick Heath and Daulton Varsho could see an uptick in playing time while Calhoun is unavailable.
