Rizzo went 2-for-3 with a home run, double, two runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 7-1 triumph over the Padres.

Rizzo laced a two-run double as part of a four-run sixth and later launched a two-run home run the next inning to extend the lead to 7-0. The long ball was a welcome sight as it was only the veteran first baseman's sixth all season and his first since May 2. While Rizzo's on base and average are near his career rates, a .445 slugging is well below a career .483.

Wade went 3-for-5 in Tuesday's 9-4 win over Texas.

All three of his hits were singles. Wade hit safely in seven of nine games while Brandon Belt was out with an oblique injury. Now that Belt is back, Wade is likely to play in the outfield mostly -- he started in right field Tuesday. The 27-year-old is slashing .310/.408/.548 with three home runs, five RBI, six runs scored and a stolen base across 49 plate appearances. He'll compete for extra time in the outfield while Mike Yastrzemski (thumb) is out.

Walker went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run in a 5-2 loss to Oakland on Tuesday.

Walker and teammate Pavin Smith were the only Diamondbacks clicking Tuesday as the pair combined for four of the team's six times on base with Walker doing the heavy lifting. His second-inning home run off Chris Bassitt opened the scoring and he later scored after a seventh-inning single to account for both Arizona runs in the game. The hits broke a 3-for-20 stretch for Walker, who should end up performing closer to his combined .815 OPS from 2019 and 2020 rather than a current .570 mark.

Manager Craig Counsell said Tuesday that Hiura may be in store for a longer stint at Triple-A Nashville than his previous demotion this season, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

The 24-year-old was optioned to Nashville on Monday after going 2-for-29 with 16 strikeouts for Milwaukee following his three-week stint in the minors. Hiura may not rejoin the Brewers until after the All-Star break, and it wouldn't be surprising to see some tweaks to his swing mechanics given his 39.3 percent strikeout rate.

Kirilloff is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Yankees.

Kirilloff is 3-for-17 over his past five games and will take a seat Tuesday with lefty Jordan Montgomery starting for New York. Trevor Larnach and Kyle Garlick will cover the corner outfield spots for the Twins.

Tellez is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Tellez has started just once against a lefty all season, so it's no surprise to see him on the bench against Carlos Rodon on Tuesday. Lourdes Gurriel will rest his legs as the designated hitter in his absence.

Votto (thumb) is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Brewers, batting fourth and playing first base.

Manager David Bell announced earlier Tuesday that Votto would be activated from the injured list for the series opener, and that's indeed the case.

Wade is starting in right field Tuesday against the Rangers.

With Brandon Belt returning from an oblique injury, Wade will remain atop the Giants' lineup but shift from first base to right field. He'll likely see the majority of his time in the outfield going forward.

Votto (thumb) will be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Tuesday's game against the Brewers, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Votto has been out of the Reds' lineup since fracturing his thumb May 5. He began a rehab assignment last week and manager David Bell said Sunday that the first baseman may be able to rejoin the club prior to Tuesday's series opener. The Reds have yet to release a lineup for Tuesday's game, but Votto seems likely to start at first base during his return. The Reds have yet to announce an official roster move to make room for Votto on their 26-man roster.

Cron is not in the starting lineup Tuesday against the Marlins.

Cron started each of the three games during the weekend series against Oakland, but he recorded just one hit in 11 at-bats. He'll take a seat at least for the beginning portion of Tuesday's series opener as Matt Adams plays first base and bats sixth.
