Naylor went 3-for-4 with an RBI single and two doubles in a 4-3 extra-inning win over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Naylor's three-hit performance lifts his batting average to .277 in a year when averages are down across the board. His mark puts him over 36 points above MLB's league-wide .241 average. After season-ending ankle surgery in 2021, Naylor is looking to put together his first full healthy season and rack up hits around the middle of the Guardians' batting order.

Mountcastle went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a two-run home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays.

His third-inning blast off Yusei Kikuchi got the Orioles on the board. Mountcastle has been annihilating the ball in June with 10 of his 12 hits (six doubles and four homers) on the month going for extra bases, and the power surge has pushed his slash line on the season to .262/.301/.460 with 10 homers and 30 RBI through 51 contests.

Lowe went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Astros.

Lowe's two-run shot in the fourth inning was his eighth of the season, seven of which he's hit over the last 23 games, and the multi-hit effort was his sixth in the last nine contests. He had nothing special going on during the first month-plus of the season while slashing .238/.290/.295 over the first 33 games, but his .991 OPS over the last 30 days ranks third among first basemen.

France went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and three strikeouts in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Twins.

France doubled the Mariners' lead to 4-0 with his fifth-inning blast off Twins starter Joe Ryan. With the hit, France has gotten on base in nine straight games, with hits in seven of those contests, including three homers. The 27-year-old is up to 10 long balls, 41 RBI, 29 runs scored, 12 doubles and a .322/.399/.494 slash line through 278 plate appearances. The three strikeouts should be considered unusual -- he's only striking out at a 13.7 percent rate this year after Tuesday's undisciplined showing.

Rizzo went 1-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch and a stolen base in a 2-0 win Tuesday over Tampa Bay.

Rizzo singled and eventually stole third base in the eighth inning. The veteran has reached base safely in 11 straight games, posting a .267/.340/.533 with four homers. While he's posting his lowest batting average and OBP of his career, his .477 SLG is his highest since 2019.

Aranda is batting .326/.404/.521 with nine homers, three steals and a 26:49 BB:K through 57 games for Triple-A Durham.

With Brandon Lowe hurt and Vidal Brujan struggling at the dish, it's a little surprising Aranda hasn't gotten the call to Tampa yet. All he's done in Triple-A is essentially replicate his fine work in Double-A from last season (.325/.410/.540). Of course, his defense is not great and probably never will be, which may be all the difference for the Rays, but at least Aranda offers some versatility by virtue of his experience -- he's played first, second and third this year, and left field previously. As an excellent hitter with no clear position, he's an obvious fit for the DH slot.

France went 1-for-4 with an RBI infield single in a loss to the Twins on Monday.

France extended his on-base streak to eight games with Monday's timely knock, allowing him to continue keeping his OBP over the elite .400 level. The 27-year-old has also rather quietly improved his power profile over the first two-plus months of the season, as his nine home runs already put him halfway to his 2021 tally in 91 fewer games.

Dalbec will start at first base and bat eighth in Tuesday's game against the Athletics, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

The righty-hitting Dalbec's inclusion in the lineup against a left-handed starting pitcher (Jared Koenig) doesn't come as much of a surprise, but the 26-year-old first baseman has been picking up more work versus right-handed pitching of late as well. Dalbec will pick up his seventh start in a row Tuesday, with six coming at first base. Platoon mate Franchy Cordero -- who is on the bench for the second game in a row due to the lefty-on-lefty matchup -- has been seeing more work in the outfield of late while Enrique Hernandez (hip) has been on the injured list.

Gurriel went 0-for-4 with a strikeout Monday against the Rangers.

Gurriel was riding a modest four-game hitting streak into Monday's game. Though he collected only one hit in each of those contests, he did record three doubles. That was a welcomed sign of increased power for Gurriel, as he has just a .350 slugging percentage across 219 plate appearances on the season.

Abreu went 3-for-4 with a pair of home runs, four RBI and a walk in Monday's 9-5 win over the Tigers.

Abreu bookended the scoring Monday with a two-run homer in each of the first and ninth innings. It was the first baseman's first multi-homer game this season, and with nine in 57 contests overall, he's lagging a bit behind his usual 30-homer pace. He's still posted a steady .260/.360/.442 slash line with 28 RBI, 31 runs scored and 12 doubles across 250 plate appearances. Abreu also owns career-best walk (12.4 percent) and strikeout (16 percent) rates.
