  • Mac Dalena: Let go by Jets

Dalena was waived by the Jets on Sunday. Dalena signed a reserve/future contract with New York after last season. The undrafted rookie was let go by the Chiefs just ahead of his 2025 rookie campaign, and he spent a brief stint on the Seahawks' practice squad in November. Dalena has yet to make his NFL debut.

  • Jets' Mac Dalena: Scooped up by Jets

Dalena signed a reserve/future contract with the Jets on Monday. Dalena spent some time with the Chiefs and Seahawks during his rookie season, but the 5-foot-9 wide receiver out of Fresno State didn't appear in a regular-season game. If he sticks with the Jets, Dalena would get a chance to compete for a roster spot in training camp.

  • Mac Dalena: Let go by Seattle

The Seahawks cut Dalena from the practice squad Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Dalena was signed to Seattle's practice squad Tuesday, but his stint with the Seahawks will be short-lived after he was let go Saturday. The 24-year-old wideout will look to join a team in need of depth at wide receiver.

  • Mac Dalena: Joining Seattle's practice squad

The Seahawks signed Dalena to their practice squad Tuesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Dalena spent training camp with Kansas City as an undrafted free agent before being waived in August, but now he's getting another chance with a new team. Seattle is dealing with a few different injuries at wide receiver, so it makes sense that the organization is trying to beef up its depth there.

  • Chiefs' Mac Dalena: Lands in Kansas City

Dalena signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent Monday, Matt McMullen of the team's official site reports. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound Fresno State product put up some impressive statistics in college that suggest a well-rounded game. He caught 64 passes for 1,065 yards and eight touchdowns in 2024, including five catches of 50-plus yards. Dalena also dropped just four passes on 178 collegiate targets, per McMullen. The wide receiver also played on more than 600 special teams snaps in college, which should help his case for a roster spot on a team with four established NFL receivers in Xavier Worthy, Rashee Rice (knee), Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster, as well as 2025 fourth-round pick Jalen Royals.
