  • Titans' Anthony Rush: Activated off COVID-19 list

The Titans activated Rush off the COVID-19 list Friday, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports. Rush's stint on the COVID-19 list was short, as he spent just five days away from the team. He signed with the Titans after being cut by the Packers this offseason. The defensive lineman has logged 14 NFL appearances -- split between Philadelphia, Green Bay and Seattle -- over his first two seasons.

  • Titans' Anthony Rush: Signs with Tennessee

Rush signed with the Titans on Monday. Rush was waived by Green Bay in June after appearing in just one game with the Packers in 2020. The 24-year-old has spent time with the Seahawks, Packers and Eagles during his first two seasons in the NFL.

  • Anthony Rush: Let go by Seahawks

The Seahawks waived Rush on Tuesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports. Rush was a healthy scratch in this past Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, and the Seahawks opted to let him go. The 24-year-old defensive tackle recorded six tackles and a half sack through three games, and his departure will leave Poona Ford, Jarran Reed and Bryan Mone as the remaining players at the position.

  • Eagles' Anthony Rush: May start in NFL debut

Rush is expected to start Sunday against the Bills, Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger reports. Rush was signed off the Raiders' practice squad earlier this week, but he originally signed with the Eagles after going undrafted out of UAB in April before waived over the summer. The 23-year-old should see a sizable role as he makes his NFL debut Sunday at Buffalo, with Tim Jernigan (foot) missing the last five games and with Hassan Ridgeway (ankle) and Malik Jackson (foot) on injured reserve. The only other healthy defensive tackle on the roster besides All-Pro Fletcher Cox is another undrafted rookie in Albert Huggins, who was also signed this week.
