  • Buccaneers' Michael Jordan: Possible concussion

Jordan (head) is being evaluated for a potential concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Jordan exited the game in the second quarter with a potential head injury. If the NFL's independent neurologists determine that Jordan suffered a concussion, he will be ruled out for the contest, and Benjamin Chukwuma or Elijah Klein will likely finish out Sunday's game at left guard.

  • Buccaneers' Michael Jordan: Headed to Tampa Bay

The Buccaneers signed Jordan to a contract Thursday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Jordan started in 11 games at left guard for the Patriots in 2024 before being waived in late November. He'll have the chance to establish a role for himself during training camp while Sua Opeta (knee) is sidelined.

  • Michael Jordan: Let go by New England

The Patriots waived Jordan on Tuesday. After being elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Week 1 and 2, Jordan was signed to the active roster Sept. 16. He started at left guard in 11 games, but he is not part of the Patriots' plans for the rest of the 2024 regular season. Should he clear waivers, Jordan will look to catch on with a team in need of offensive line depth. Layden Robinson, Sidy Sow and Lester Cotton are the top candidates to take over at left guard until Cole Strange (knee) returns from the reserve/PUP list.

  • Patriots' Michael Jordan: Good to go for Week 5

Jordan (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Jordan missed the Week 4 loss to the 49ers after leaving the Week 3 loss to the Jets early due to a knee injury. The veteran has been cleared to suit up for Week 5 and is working as the starting left guard during warmups.
