Hill once again played every single defensive snap, and he co-led the Titans in tackles Sunday with Cody Barton. Hill, a rookie second-rounder out of Texas, is up to 42 total tackles through four regular-season games, which is third-most in the NFL behind Alex Singleton (47) and fellow rookie Jacob Rodriguez (46). Week 1 wasn't the start to the regular season that Titans fans and head coach Robert Saleh were hoping for, but Hill -- a second-round selection of Tennessee in the 2026 NFL Draft -- was one of the few bright spots in Sunday's loss. He was one of three Titans players who played all 67 defensive snaps, and his 16 total tackles were tied for seventh-most in franchise history. Hill entered the regular season as a depth option at linebacker, but his play in Week 1 could earn him a permanent spot with the Titans' first-team defense from here on out, especially for as long as Cedric Gray (concussion) is sidelined.

The Titans selected Hill in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, 60th overall.
Hill (6-foot-2, 238 pounds) is a very athletic linebacker out of Texas (4.51-second 40, 37-inch vertical, 125-inch broad jump), and one who put up big playmaking numbers. He posted 31.5 tackles for loss, 17 sacks and three interceptions in three years, so if he can brush up on his fundamentals Hill could prove a high-upside pickup for the Titans.
