Mauigoa may have picked up the injury during the Giants' Week 1 win over the Cowboys, and his shoulder issue has limited his practice participation in each of the last two days. Saturday's practice is his last opportunity to upgrade his participation and avoid an injury designation for Monday's game against the Rams.
