  • Bills' David White: Placed on reserve/retired list

The Bills placed White (personal) on the reserve/retired list Saturday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. White had previously missed practice Friday due to personal reasons prior to being placed on the reserve/retired list. He had only signed with the team Tuesday, and it's unclear whether or he'll rejoin the team.

  • Bills' David White: Finds work in Buffalo

The Bills signed White on Tuesday. The 25-year-old wide receiver spent last offseason with Jacksonville but tore his ACL during minicamp and missed the 2024 campaign. He's yet to appear in a regular-season contest and should be viewed as a longshot to make Buffalo's 53-man roster.

  • Jaguars' David White: Reverts to IR

White (knee) reverted to the Jaguars' injured reserve list Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. The undrafted wide receiver out of East Carolina suffered a torn ACL during Monday's practice, and after going unclaimed on waivers, he's reverted back to Jacksonville's IR. Given the timing of his injury, White will presumably miss the entire 2024 campaign.

  • David White: Cut by Jags

The Jaguars waived White (knee) with an injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. The move comes as no surprise, as White suffered a torn ACL on Monday and is expected to miss most, if not all, of the 2024 season. If White clears waivers, he'll revert to Jacksonville's injured reserve list.

  • Jaguars' David White: Tears ACL

White suffered a torn ACL during practice Monday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports. Jacksonville coach Doug Pederson referred to the injury as non-contact and said White might move to injured reserve, per Harvey. White signed with the Jaguars in April after catching 34 passes for 519 yards and six touchdowns as a senior at Western Carolina.
