Bruss was let go by the Titans in April because he was still recovering from a torn ACL injury that he sustained in December of 2024. The offensive lineman now appears to be healthy, and he'll look to join a squad ahead of the stretch run of the season.

Bruss suffered a torn ACL in December and is very much in the middle of his rehab, so the designation is not a surprise.
