  • Packers' Deslin Alexandre: Good to go vs. Denver

Alexandre (leg) will play in Sunday's preseason contest against Denver, Wes Hodklewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Alexandre suffered a lower leg contusion at the beginning of training camp that forced him to sit out of the Packers' preseason opener against the Browns. He appears to have fully healed from the injury, and he'll use Sunday's bout to make a case for himself to earn a spot on Green Bay's 53-man roster in a reserve role on the defensive line.
