The Bears opened the 21-day practice window for Turner (knee) on Wednesday, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Turner suffered a torn ACL during Week 8 of last season but is now closer to making his return to the field. The 23-year-old was placed on the reserve/PUP list in August and will have to miss at least two more games as a result before he's eligible to return. Once healthy, Turner could contribute as a depth defensive lineman.
