Finch spent exactly one week on the Raiders before being placed on waivers. The 24-year-old linebacker has played in 23 games for the Titans over the last two seasons, recording 40 tackles and making impacts on both defense and special teams.

Finch was waived by Tennessee over the weekend, and, after claiming him Monday, it appears the Bengals have now found out why the Titans may have let him go. It's not clear with what kind of health issue the 24-year-old may be dealing.

Finch (shoulder) is ruled out for Saturday's game against the Redskins, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Finch suffered a shoulder injury during Sunday's win over the Giants, the severity of which will keep him sidelined Week 16. Daren Bates will see an uptick in snaps as long as Finch remains sidelined.
