Cook (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Cook injured his ankle during the Bengals' Week 3 loss to the Steelers, though he was able to return to that contest. He was a limited participant in all three practices during Week 4 prep, and if he's unable to play against Jacksonville, then PJ Jules would likely start at safety alongside Jordan Battle, seeing as Kyle Dugger (quadriceps) has already been ruled out.

Moore (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Moore has been working through an ankle injury as of late, though he was able to play in the Ravens' Week 3 win over the Cowboys in Brazil. He's draw the questionable tag for Week 4, and if he's not cleared to play against Tennessee, then LaJohntay Wester and Elijah Sarratt would both be in line for a slight uptick in offensive snaps. Moore has accumulated three catches (on six targets) for 63 yards and a touchdown along with 229 yards on eight kickoff returns through three regular-season games.

Allen (hip) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bills.

Allen was limited by a lingering hip injury in all three practices during Week 4 prep, but the second-year pro has been given the green light to play Sunday. He's seen little action offense as the RB3 behind Bhayshul Tuten and Chris Rodriguez, with Allen securing two catches (on three targets) for nine yards while not logging a carry through three regular-season games.

Boerkircher (illness) does not carry an injury designation into Thursday's game against the Bengals.

Boerkircher was held out of Thursday's practice due to an illness, but he's passed his ailment and will be available to play Sunday. The rookie second-rounder has one catch (on two targets) for nine yards through three regular-season games while serving as the Jaguars' TE2 behind Brenton Strange.

Van Ness (shoulder) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Van Ness tweaked his shoulder during the Packers' Week 3 loss to the Falcons. The injury limited him in all three practice sessions during Week 4 prep, but that's enough for the fourth-year pro to fade an injury tag ahead of Sunday's road tilt. Van Ness has accumulated 12 tackles (six solo), including 2.5 sacks, through the first three games of the regular season.

Cooper (concussion/shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

The good news for Cooper is he ended Week 4 prep with a full practice Friday. However, he's still in the league's concussion protocol, and the final step before being cleared to play is for the third-year pro to pass an evaluation administered by an independent neurologist. If Cooper is unable to clear the league's protocol, then Isaiah McDuffie would likely start alongside Zaire Franklin at linebacker.

McLaughlin turned his lone carry into a 28-yard touchdown during the Browns' 27-24 win over the Steelers on Thursday.

McLaughlin was on the field for only one offensive snap Thursday. He made that play count, with the fourth-year pro taking advantage of strong run blocking to reach the end zone for the fourth touchdown of his NFL career. That score may have earned McLaughlin some more reps moving forward, though he's still firmly behind both Quinshon Judkins and Raheim Sanders in the pecking order for backfield snaps. The Browns will hit the road for a Week 5 tilt against the Jets.

Cashman (elbow) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Ben Goessling of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

Cashman was limited by an elbow injury in each of the first two practices of Week 4 prep, but his full participation in Friday's session has him on track to play against Miami on Sunday. The veteran linebacker is up to 25 tackles (14 solo), including 2.5 sacks, and one pass defense through the first three games of the regular season.

Woodson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Buffalo, Phil Perry of NBC Sports Boston reports.

Woodson suffered a shoulder injury against the Steelers in Week 2, and the injury was severe enough for him to be sidelined for Week 3 against the Jaguars. He was a limited practice participant in all three practices during Week 4 prep, and he has a chance to return for Sunday's AFC East tilt. Jaylen Reed would once again be in line for a starting role in the secondary if Woodson is unable to play against the Bills.

Jones (shoulder) is listed as questionable against the Bills on Sunday, Phil Perry of NBC Sports Boston reports.

Jones has a chance to return from a one-game absence due to a shoulder injury that he sustained during New England's Week 2 win over Pittsburgh. Rookie Gabe Jacas would continue to operate in an expanded role defensively if Jones is not cleared to play in Sunday's AFC East showdown.
