  • Buccaneers' SirVocea Dennis: Cleared to take field

Dennis (calf) is active Week 4 against Green Bay.

Dennis saw the field for 27 defensive snaps in Week 3, in addition to his regular duties on special teams, which may indicate a growing role on the defensive side for the fourth-year linebacker. The extra run led to a season-best four tackles, which he'll look to eclipse Sunday.

  • Cowboys' Emari Demercado: Won't play against Houston

Demercado (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Demercado will be a healthy scratch for a second consecutive week, which leaves Tyler Goodson as the lone backup option to Javonte Williams. Demercado's next chance to play is Thursday against the Buccaneers, although he doesn't have a clear path to playing time unless one or both of Williams and Goodson were to miss time.

  • Josh Sweat LB | ARI

Cardinals' Josh Sweat: Good to go Sunday

Sweat (groin) is active for Sunday's Week 4 clash against the Giants.

Sweat dealt with a groin issue during the week and was given a designation of questionable Friday. However, he's apparently feeling well enough to suit up Sunday. It's been a slow start to the campaign for Sweat, who has just three tackles and has yet to record a sack after racking up a career-high 12.0 across 17 regular-season games last year.

  • Cam Lewis CB | CHI

Bears' Cam Lewis: Won't suit up Week 4

Lewis (hip) is inactive Week 4 against the Jets.

Lewis appeared to suffer a setback in practice this week after failing to take the practice field Friday despite participating in a limited basis earlier in the week. Malik Muhammad is a candidate to see extra defensive snaps in place of Lewis.

  • Jets' Kingsley Enagbare: Won't play against Chicago

Enagbare (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Enagbare will miss his first game of the season due to a knee injury that limited his practice participation during Week 4 prep. In his absence, rookie first-rounder David Bailey, Braiden McGregor and Joseph Ossai are all in line for more defensive snaps Sunday. Enagbare's next opportunity to play is Week 5 against the Browns on Sunday, Oct. 11.

  • Packers' Kevin Zeitler: Won't make Green Bay debut Week 4

Zeitler is inactive for Week 4's matchup against Tampa Bay.

Zeitler was signed this week and is expected to provide some relief for Green Bay's offensive line woes, but he won't make his Packers debut just yet. His next chance to suit up will be a home game Week 5 against Chicago.

  • Packers' Jager Burton: Suiting up in Tampa

Burton (groin) is active Week 4 against Tampa Bay.

Burton will suit up despite a week of limited practices and will likely be relegated to a depth role in Green Bay's new-look offensive line.

  • Tyjae Spears RB | TEN

Titans' Tyjae Spears: Good to go Sunday

Spears (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

While managing the ankle injury, Spears managed just one full practice this week and took a questionable tag into Sunday, but he looks like he'll be available to handle his usual No. 2 role behind Tony Pollard. Through Tennessee's first three games, Spears has carried 13 times for 58 yards (4.5 YPC) to go with four receptions for 41 yards on six targets.

  • Zay Flowers WR | BAL

Ravens' Zay Flowers: Active for Sunday's game

Flowers (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday against the Titans.

Flowers has been tending to a hamstring injury since before halftime of the Ravens' Week 1 win at Indianapolis, but he was able to play last Sunday versus the Cowboys in Brazil, recording a 5-84-0 line on six targets on a 33 percent snap share. Despite entering this weekend as questionable, he isn't expected to be on a "pitch count" Sunday, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, meaning a full workload is on tap for the fourth-year wide receiver.

  • Jaylin Lane WR | WAS

Commanders' Jaylin Lane: Carted off field during Week 4 matchup

Lane was carted off the field with an apparent leg injury during Sunday's game against Indianapolis in London, England, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Lane was injured during a kickoff return early in the third quarter. According to Tashan Reed of The Washington Post, the second-year pro was unable to put any weight on his left leg. In the likely scenario that Lane is unable to return Sunday, the Commanders will lose both a depth wideout and their primary kick and punt returner.
