  • Raiders' Trey Zuhn: Dealing with knee injury

Zuhn (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Chiefs, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.

Zuhn suffered a knee injury early in the first half, and his status for the rest of the game is now uncertain. The offensive lineman is used often in heavy sets on offense, but his absence won't directly impact the team's starting lineup.

  • Dolphins' Dante Trader: Questionable to return Sunday

Trader (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Minnesota.

The 23-year-old has had a quality 2026 campaign, so his absence wouldn't be ideal for the Dolphins defense. While Trader is off the field, it could mean more snaps for rookie Michael Taaffe.

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Historic day in comeback win

Lamb caught 17 of 21 targets for 189 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-30 win over the Texans.

Per RJ Ochoa of Blogging The Boys, it was just the fourth time in NFL history, and the first since Brandon Marshall in 2009, that a player recorded 17-plus receptions, 180-plus yards and a TD in a single game. Lamb's final catch was his biggest, as he connected with Dak Prescott for a 12-yard score with just 40 seconds left on the clock to complete a comeback from a 10-point halftime deficit. The 17 catches and 21 targets were career highs for the five-time Pro Bowler, and the yardage total was his best since Week 17 of 2023, when Lamb erupted for 227 yards against the Lions. Lamb will take a massive 37-498-4 line on 46 targets through four games, and a three-game streak of 100-plus receiving yards, into a Week 5 home tilt against the Buccaneers.

  • Jalen Hurts QB | PHI

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Modest numbers without top targets

Hurts completed 12 of 27 passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns while rushing five times for 18 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams.

Hurts threw second-quarter touchdowns of 18 and 10 yards to Darius Cooper in the second quarter, the first of which went off the hands of Rams defender Quentin Lake in the end zone. The Eagles started the game without DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dallas Goedert (knee), lost Saquon Barkley (hamstring) in the first quarter and went a franchise-worst 0-for-12 on third down, yet they were still in position to win with a 10-point lead and the ball inside the Rams' 10-yard line halfway through the fourth quarter. Hurts failed on attempts to score with his legs and then his arm as that drive ended in a turnover on downs, and the Rams stormed back with two touchdown drives while the Eagles failed to pick up a first down on their final two drives. Hurts could struggle to produce again in Week 5 against the Jaguars in London if the Eagles remain without some of their key skill players.

  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Donning walking boot

Jackson (ankle) was seen wearing a walking boot on his left foot after Sunday's 24-18 victory against the Titans, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Jackson didn't play after halftime in Week 4 after he was sacked late in the second quarter, but what a first half it was: 222 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions on 15-for-20 passing and two rushes for 20 yards. Backup QB Tyler Huntley handled the entire second half, completing eight of nine passes for 63 yards and turning four carries into 16 yards. Head coach Jesse Minter expressed optimism about Jackson's health concern afterward, telling Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com that the team considered allowing its No. 1 signal-caller to return to action. Ultimately, Minter and company opted against it, and Jackson's status now will be monitored in the coming days to see if he may be in danger of missing any more time.

  • Vikings' Donovan Jackson: Done for day

Jackson (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's contest against the Dolphins.

Jackson suffered a knee injury early in the first half, and he will now be forced to miss the remainder of Week 4. In his absence, Joe Huber has taken over at left guard versus Miami.

  • Rams' Matthew Stafford: Overcomes two INTs in comeback win

Stafford completed 32 of 51 passes for 317 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Eagles. He also rushed three times for 10 yards.

Stafford was picked off twice in the first half as the Rams took a 20-10 deficit into the locker room. The veteran QB didn't throw a touchdown pass in the return of top target Puka Nacua (hip) from a two-game absence, but Stafford led a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown drives culminating in Kyren Williams rushing scores as the Rams produced 14 unanswered points in the final four minutes to improve to 2-2. Stafford takes an underwhelming 6:6 TD:INT into a Week 5 home game against the Bills.

  • Patriots' Charles Woods: 'feeling great' after injury Sunday

Woods (shoulder) exited Sunday's 29-26 win over the Bills. He finished with two tackles (one solo).

Ethan Hurwitz of Patriots on SI reported Woods suffered a stinger, though the 24-year-old stated, "he's feeling great." However, despite the positive update, he could carry an injury designation heading into the Week 5 meeting with the Raiders. Woods had 16 total tackles (13 solo) and one pass defended in the first three games of the 2026 campaign.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Rams' Davante Adams: Quiet in Nacua's return

Adams caught four of nine targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Eagles.

Adams took a back seat to Puka Nacua (hip), who caught nine of 12 targets for 125 yards and scored a two-yard rushing touchdown in the latter's return from a two-game absence. In two games alongside Nacua, Adams has just 58 receiving yards, compared to 332 yards and two touchdowns across the two games Nacua missed. With Nacua available, Adams is likely to play second fiddle again in Week 5 against the Bills.

  • Bhayshul Tuten RB | JAC

Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Good production with 19 touches

Tuten rushed 17 times for 73 yards and brought in both targets for 18 yards in the Jaguars' 22-17 win over the Bengals on Sunday.

Tuten filled his usual role as the clear lead option in Jacksonville's ground attack with aplomb, grinding out tough yards on many of his carries and also contributing a 20-yard run. He also recorded multiple receptions for the third consecutive game, and although he saw backfield mate Chris Rodriguez score the Jaguars' only rushing touchdown of the day, that came on a breakaway run from 25 yards out as opposed to in close. Tuten has at least 15 carries in three of his first four games heading into a Week 5 showdown against the Eagles in London next Sunday.
