  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Broncos' Jaylen Waddle: First TD as Bronco in loss

Waddle secured five of six targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' 24-14 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Waddle recorded his first touchdown as a member of the Broncos at a critical juncture, as his 13-yard scoring grab with just over four minutes remaining helped Denver get to within three points at the time. Waddle also finished second in receptions and tied for runner-up status in targets as well, and he's now seen a total of 23 passes from Bo Nix come his way in the last three contests. The Broncos' air attack and Waddle's chemistry with Nix remains a work in progress, but the veteran receiver takes a solid 16-185-1 line on 26 targets into a Week 5 divisional road matchup against the Chargers next Sunday.

  • Jets' Braiden McGregor: Injures chest in Week 4

McGregor exited Sunday's game against the Bears with a chest injury and did not return.

Prior to his departure, McGregor recorded one solo tackle. He entered Week 4 having logged just 24.1 percent of the Jets' defensive snaps as a rotational defensive lineman and special-teams contributor.

  • Emanuel Wilson RB | SEA

Seahawks' Emanuel Wilson: Turns in 120 total yards

Wilson racked up 21 carries for 81 yards and one touchdown and added three catches (on four targets) for 39 yards and another TD during Sunday's 30-23 win versus the Chargers.

In the wake of Jadarian Price's placement on injured reserve due to a chest issue, Wilson got the first chance to pace the Seahawks backfield, and he parlayed the second-highest touch count of his career into his second ever outing with 100-plus yards from scrimmage and his second two-TD performance. Meanwhile, fellow RB George Holani himself received eight touches, which he turned into 20 total yards. Until Zach Charbonnet (knee, reserve/PUP list) is able to return to action, Wilson figures to be Seattle's lead runner.

  • RJ Harvey RB | DEN

Broncos' RJ Harvey: Massive receiving workload in loss

Harvey rushed seven times for 25 yards and secured all 10 targets for 68 yards in the Broncos' 24-14 loss to the 49ers on Sunday. He also returned two kickoffs for 64 yards and committed a fumble recovered by Denver.

Harvey was only four carries behind J.K. Dobbins on an afternoon where game script eventually turned against the run in the second half, but the second-year back saw the biggest workload of any Broncos pass catcher. Harvey led the team across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets, and both his catch and target tallies were also career highs. The early exit of Pat Bryant with an ankle injury may have had at least a nominal influence on boosting Harvey's pass-catching opportunities, but the latter is highly valued for his receiving capabilities overall and should retain a solid complementary role in a Week 5 road matchup against the Chargers next Sunday.

  • Jaylin Smith CB | HOU

Texans' Jaylin Smith: Didn't return against Dallas

Smith (hamstring) was unable to return to Sunday's game against Dallas.

Smith was injured on special teams in the first half. He entered Sunday having logged just seven defensive snaps across the first three weeks of the season.

  • Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Improves to 4-0 despite WR injuries

Mahomes completed 15 of 30 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Raiders. He also rushed twice for no gain.

Mahomes threw touchdown passes of two yards and eight yards to Tyquan Thornton, who exited the game in the fourth quarter due to an ankle injury suffered at the end of a 55-yard catch. The Chiefs also lost Rashee Rice (hamstring) in the first half. Thornton is likely looking at a lengthy absence, but Rice has a chance to recover during Kansas City's Week 5 bye before facing the Chargers in Week 6. Mahomes has led the Chiefs to a 4-0 record while posting a 9:2 TD:INT, but the team is down to Xavier Worthy, Cyrus Allen, Jalen Royals and Nikko Remigio at wide receiver at the moment.

  • Isaiah Adams G | ARI

Cardinals' Isaiah Adams: Injures ankle against G-Men

Adams suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's loss to the Giants, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

Adams had to be carted to the locker room and was replaced by Jon Gaines at right guard for the remainder of the contest. Projected starter Chase Bistontis suffered a season-ending torn MCL earlier in the summer.

  • Brock Purdy QB | SF

49ers' Brock Purdy: Pair of TDs in Week 4 win

Purdy completed 19 of 30 passes for 218 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while adding 10 carries for 29 yards in the 49ers' 24-14 win over the Broncos on Sunday.

Purdy performed admirably against a tough Broncos defense, and his legs helped him to yet another a sack-free afternoon despite the challenge posted by Denver's aggressive unit. Purdy didn't fire his first touchdown pass of the day until the 4:15 mark of the third quarter, hitting Deebo Samuel from one yard out to snap a 3-3 tie. The veteran signal-caller then sealed San Francisco's victory with a 56-yard scoring strike to George Kittle just before the two-minute warning, and Purdy remained free of interceptions for the third straight game. Purdy has a league-leading 11 touchdown passes and has yet to be brought down through four games, but he'll have a stiff challenge on his hands in a Week 5 road matchup against the Seahawks next Sunday.

  • Dolphins' Ollie Gordon: Stakes strong claim to starting job

Gordon carried the ball nine times for 100 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Vikings. He also caught both his targets for zero yards.

On a day when Malik Willis and the passing game could get very little going against a tough Minnesota defense, Gordon was Miami's only reliable weapon. His longest gain went for 53 yards, and he scored his team's only TD on a 12-yard jaunt late in the third quarter. With De'Von Achane (knee) lost for the rest of the season, Gordon has staked his claim to taking over the lead role in the backfield -- Jaylen Wright, his main competition, managed just seven rushing yards on five carries. Gordon will look to build on this performance in Week 5 at home against the Bengals.

  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Bills' DJ Moore: Injury not considered long-term

Moore (shoulder) is dealing with an injury that isn't considered long-term, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Moore exited Sunday's loss to the Patriots after aggravating a previous shoulder injury. He isn't expected to miss significant time, though it remains to be seen if Moore will play against the Rams in Week 5. The 29-year-old wide receiver has suited up for 92 consecutive regular-season games dating back to the 2020 season.
