Rhamondre Stevenson RB | NE
Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Not expected to practice Wednesday
Stevenson (undisclosed) is not expected to practice Wednesday, Taylor Kyles of CLNSMedia.com reports.
Stevenson appeared to injure his leg or knee toward the end of last Sunday's win over the Bills, but it's unclear if his absence Wednesday is related to that issue. Head coach Mike Vrabel expressed some optimism that Stevenson can still play Sunday against the Raiders. If not, TreVeyon Henderson would be set up for a potential breakout week as the clear lead back for New England, though Corey Kiner and Lan Larison could also see work out of the backfield.

Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Will be limited Wednesday
Higgins (adductor) will be limited in practice Wednesday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
With Higgins having been labeled day-to-day earlier in the week, his return to practice in any capacity is a positive step for his Week 5 availability against the Dolphins. The Bengals are going to need Higgins if Ja'Marr Chase is unable to clear concussion protocol. Dohnte Meyers and Mike Gesicki would be next in line for targets, and both are sensible fantasy pickups this week.
-
Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not practicing Wednesday
Jackson (ankle) is not practicing Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson is dealing with a sprained ankle and isn't expected to play Sunday against the Falcons. Tyler Huntley took the first-team reps at Wednesday's practice and would be in line to start against Atlanta, downgrading everyone else involved in Baltimore's offense from a fantasy perspective.
-
Adonai Mitchell WR | NYJ
Jets' Adonai Mitchell: Remains week-to-week
Head coach Aaron Glenn said Wednesday that Mitchell (finger) remains week-to-week, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Mitchell has missed the last two games and looks on his way to missing a third straight contest. Isaiah Williams and Sterling Shepard have been rounding out three-wide sets behind Garrett Wilson, but the Jets could also get Tim Patrick (groin) back from injured reserve this week after his 21-day practice window was opened Wednesday.
-
Caleb Douglas WR | MIA
Dolphins' Caleb Douglas: Won't practice Wednesday
Douglas (ankle) won't practice Wednesday, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
With Douglas still unable to practice after missing Miami's last two games, his status for Week 5 against the Bengals remains in question. Head coach Jeff Hafley's said the rookie wideout is doing better, but starting the week DNP is an ominous sign for his availability against Cincinnati. Malik Washington, Chris Bell and Kevin Coleman soaked up most of the wideout snaps last Sunday against Minnesota and would be in line to do so again if Douglas is unable to return.
-
Terry McLaurin WR | WAS
Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Won't practice Wednesday
McLaurin (hamstring) won't practice Wednesday, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
McLaurin will work off to the side of Wednesday's practice after he suffered the hamstring injury in practice last week before missing Sunday's loss to the Colts in London. With McLaurin out against Indy, Antonio Williams was the biggest winner from a playing time standpoint, running 30 routes on 41 dropbacks while seeing eight targets. All three of Williams, Dyami Brown and Treylon Burks would again be in line for increased snaps behind Stefon Diggs if McLaurin is unable to suit up against the Giants.
-
Breece Hall RB | NYJ
Jets' Breece Hall: Remains week-to-week
Head coach Aaron Glenn said Wednesday that Hall (quadriceps) remains week-to-week, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.
Hall seems certain to miss at least one more game with his quad injury. After Braelon Allen played 32 of 34 offensive snaps in last Sunday's loss to the Bears, he should once again be expected to handle an every-down, bellcow role in Sunday's home date with the Browns. Allen is a locked-in fantasy RB2 with RB1 upside.
-
Marcus Mariota QB | WAS
Commanders' Marcus Mariota: Avoids IR with knee sprain
Mariota (knee) will not be placed on injured reserve, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.
With Washington declining to place Mariota on injured reserve, the veteran quarterback appears set to avoid a long-term absence after aggravating his previously-injured knee in last Sunday's loss to the Colts. Jayden Daniels (elbow) is expected to start Sunday's game against the Giants.
-
Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Steelers' Rico Dowdle: Remains in rehab group Wednesday
Dowdle (toe) remained off to the side with the rehab group at Wednesday's practice, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Dowdle has missed Pittsburgh's past two games due to a dislocated toe. Starting the week off to the side isn't a good sign for Dowdle's Week 5 availability, but head coach Mike McCarthy did say the running back will do more in practice this week. Jaylen Warren has taken hold of Pittsburgh's backfield and will remain a borderline fantasy RB1 if Dowdle needs to miss another game.
-
Dameon Pierce RB | PHI
Eagles' Dameon Pierce: Elevated to 53-man roster
The Eagles elevated Pierce from the practice squad to the 53-man roster Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
With the Eagles' practice week kicking off Wednesday, Pierce is getting the nod over Jaydon Blue, as Saquon Barkley deals with a hamstring injury that he suffered in last Sunday's loss to the Rams. Tank Bigsby (abdomen) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, so there's a real chance Philly's backfield consists of Will Shipley and Pierce against the Jaguars in London on Sunday. Shipley is the hot addition off the waiver wire in fantasy this week, but it's no guarantee that he handles the majority of the rushing work ahead of Pierce, who is a prototypical early-down rusher. Shipley has been the team's preferred passing-down back this season. Pierce is certainly worth a speculative add in most fantasy formats.
