Tyler Shough QB | NO
Saints' Tyler Shough: Full practice Thursday
Shough (left hand) practiced in full Thursday.
Shough was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to an injury to hie left, non-throwing hand, but it didn't impede him whatsoever one day later, indicating he's in the clear for Week 5 action. Through four games this season, he's taken advantage of a pass-heavy offense, completing 121 of 180 throws for 1,203 yards, nine touchdowns and three interceptions.

Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN
Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Officially limited Thursday
Chase (concussion) was officially listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Chase took a step in the right direction Thursday after being unable to practice Wednesday. In order to have a chance to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol in time to suit up Sunday against the Dolphins, Chase would need to practice without limitations Friday. He was diagnosed with a concussion after exiting this past Sunday's loss to the Jaguars in the first half.
-
Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Limited in return to practice
Kamara (back) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.
Kamara was held out of Wednesday's walkthrough due to a back injury, but his upgrade in activity one day later is a decent sign that he's trending in the right direction for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Friday's practice report will unveil whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation.
-
Kaytron Allen RB | MIA
Kaytron Allen: Waived by Washington
Allen was waived by the Commanders on Thursday.
The Commanders are parting ways with Allen after the rookie sixth-round pick rushed 12 times for 41 yards across the first four regular-season games of his NFL career. Washington will roll with Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin), Rachaad White (shoulder) and the recently signed Austin Ekeler in the backfield, while the rest of the league will have 24 hours to put in a claim on Allen before he becomes a free agent.
-
Chris Olave WR | NO
Saints' Chris Olave: Dealing with foot issue
Olave (rest/foot) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday.
The Saints held a walkthrough Wednesday, during which Olave logged a rest day. As of Thursday, he mixed back into drills, but a foot injury was added to the practice report after his capped session. His ability to handle some reps while dealing with a health concern generally is a good sign that his status isn't in question for Week 5, but Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Vikings.

Cam Skattebo RB | NYG
Giants' Cam Skattebo: Limited again Thursday
Skattebo (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant at practice Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Skattebo has opened Week 5 prep with consecutive limited sessions. The top backfield option for the Giants will have one more opportunity Friday to upgrade to full participation as he looks to avoid carrying an injury designation into a game for the first time this season.
-
Jacory Croskey-Merritt RB | WAS
Commanders' Jacory Croskey-Merritt: Stays limited Thursday
Croskey-Merritt (groin) was a limited practice participant Thursday.
Croskey-Merritt maintained his activity level from Wednesday as he tends to a groin injury. Friday's practice report may provide clarity on his status ahead of Sunday's contest against the Giants. Through four games this season, Croskey-Merritt boasts 197 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD on 61 touches.
-
Malik Nabers WR | NYG
Giants' Malik Nabers: Marked as limited Thursday
Nabers (knee) was listed as a limited participant at practice Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Nabers returned to practice Thursday after sitting out Wednesday's session, but he isn't completely out of the woods yet. An upgrade to full participation Friday could help Nabers avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
-
Terry McLaurin WR | WAS
Commanders' Terry McLaurin: DNP on Thursday
McLaurin (hamstring) officially didn't practice Thursday.
McLaurin thus has just one more opportunity to mix into drills this week before the Commanders potentially make a call on his status ahead of Sunday's game versus the Giants. Both he and Stefon Diggs (hamstring) haven't practiced so far this week, meaning Antonio Williams, Treylon Burks, Dyami Brown and Luke McCaffrey are the current healthy wide receivers on Washington's active roster.
-
Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Steelers' Rico Dowdle: Remains limited in practice
Dowdle (toe) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Dowdle practiced for the second day in a row, albeit with a cap on his reps. Earlier Thursday, head coach Mike McCarthy told Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com that Dowdle's status for Sunday's game against the Colts is still up in the air, though the running back would put himself in good position to play this weekend if he's able to upgrade to full practice participation Friday. If Dowdle ultimately suits up versus the Colts, he'll likely be Option 1B in the backfield behind Jaylen Warren, who has averaged 6.5 yards per carry and 13.7 yards per reception over the past two weeks while Dowdle has been sidelined with a dislocated toe on his right foot.
