Trey Pipkins OT | LAC
Chargers' Trey Pipkins: Sits out Wednesday's practice
Pipkins (ankle) didn't participate in the Chargers' practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Pipkins is still battling the ankle injury he sustained during the Week 14 win over the Eagles. If the 29-year-old ends up being forced to miss Sunday's matchup versus the Cowboys, Trevor Penning should serve as the team's primary backup tackle.

Ruben Hyppolite II LB | CHI
Bears' Ruben Hyppolite: Past shoulder injury
Hyppolite (shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Hyppolite missed Chicago's last two games due to a shoulder injury, but his ability to practice Wednesday without restriction indicates that he'll be available to play against Cleveland on Sunday. Hyppolite's return would mean less defensive snaps available for D'Marco Jackson and Amen Ogbongbemiga.

Kyler Gordon CB | CHI
Bears' Kyler Gordon: Misses Wednesday's practice
Gordon (groin) did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Gordon has missed six of the Bears' last seven games due to a groin injury. He'll likely be sidelined for Sunday's game against the Browns unless he's cleared to practice in at least a limited capacity over the next two days. Jaylon Johnson will continue to see additional snaps at outside linebacker for as long as Gordon is sidelined.

Jalen Sundell OT | SEA
Seahawks' Jalen Sundell: Designated to return
The Seahawks designated Sundell (knee) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN reports.
Sundell has been on injured reserve since November but is now closer to making his return. The 26-year-old will still have to be officially activated off injured reserve before he's eligible to play and should resume his role as the team's starting center once healthy.
-
Tyrique Stevenson CB | CHI
Bears' Tyrique Stevenson: Limited to open week
Stevenson (hip) was estimated to be limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports.
A hip injury has sidelined Stevenson for the Bears' last two games, but his estimated ability to participate if there had been a practice indicates that he is progressing in his recovery. A full practice Thursday or Friday would put Stevenson in a good position to be available for Sunday's game against the Browns.
-
Tristan Wirfs OT | TB
Buccaneers' Tristan Wirfs: Full go in practice
Wirfs (oblique) was a full participant in Tampa Bay's practice Wednesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Wirfs is healthy again after sitting out the Week 13 loss to the Saints with an oblique injury. The 26-year-old will resume his role as the Buccaneers' starting left tackle during Thursday's game against the Panthers.
-
Travis Homer RB | PIT
Bears' Travis Homer: Nursing ankle injury
Homer (ankle) did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Homer likely picked up the injury during the Bears' Week 14 loss to the Packers, when he logged 16 snaps on special teams without showing up on the box score otherwise. He'll need to return to practice in at least a limited capacity over the next two days in order to have a realistic shot at playing Sunday against the Browns.
-
Cade Mays C | DET
Panthers' Cade Mays: Full participant in practice
Mays (ankle) was a full participant in Carolina's practice Wednesday.
Mays is no longer on the injury report after missing the team's last two games with an ankle injury. The 26-year-old should resume his role as the team's starting center during Sunday's matchup versus the Saints.
-
Walter Nolen DT | ARI
Cardinals' Walter Nolen: Back at practice Wednesday
Nolen (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Nolen's ability to practice Wednesday is a step in the right direction for the rookie first-rounder, who has missed the Cardinals' last two games due to a knee injury. He would avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Texans with a full practice Thursday or Friday.

Jawaan Taylor OT | ATL
Chiefs' Jawaan Taylor: Misses practice Wednesday
Taylor (triceps) didn't participate in Kansas City's practice Wednesday, per Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com.
Taylor remains sidelined from the triceps injury he sustained during the Week 13 loss to the Cowboys. The 28-year-old could miss a second straight game if he's unable to return to practice either Thursday or Friday.
