The Bears activated Turner (knee) from their reserve/PUP list Tuesday.
Per Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com, Turner is poised to fill the spot on Chicago's 53-man roster vacated by Montez Sweat, who was dealt a two-game suspension Tuesday for violating the league's performance-enhancing substances policy. Turner figures to play a rotational role on the interior of the defensive line starting in a Week 6 matchup at Atlanta.
