Cornell Powell WR | HOU
Cornell Powell: Signs with Pittsburgh
The Steelers signed Powell to the practice squad Tuesday.
Powell briefly spent time with the Texans over the summer but has been out of work since being cut by Houston prior to Week 1. A fifth-round pick by the Chiefs in 2021, Powell has appeared in just three career regular-season games but didn't see a single target in the pass game.

Tre'von Moehrig SAF | CAR
Panthers' Tre'von Moehrig: Hit with one-game suspension
The NFL announced Tuesday that Moehrig has been suspended one game without pay for unsportsmanlike conduct in Monday's 20-9 loss to the 49ers.
Moehrig punched Jauan Jennings below the belt during the fourth quarter, sparking a reaction from Jennings that required both teams to hold players back. Moehrig will appeal the suspension, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. If Moehrig loses his appeal, the Panthers will likely turn to either Demani Richardson or Lathan Ransom to fill in for him at safety Week 13 against the Rams.

Kristian Wilkerson WR | TEN
Kristian Wilkerson: Cut from Tennessee
The Titans cut Wilkerson from the practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Wilkerson signed with the Titans' practice squad last week but didn't get elevated for last Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. He'll again be free to look for another opportunity.

Kyle Hamilton SAF | BAL
Ravens' Kyle Hamilton: Full practice Tuesday
Hamilton (ankle) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Hamilton tweaked his ankle in last Sunday's win over the Jets but appears to be ready to go for Baltimore's Thanksgiving night matchup with the Bengals. The fourth-year pro has recorded 69 tackles (38 solo), including 1.0 sacks, six pass breakups and two forced fumbles across 10 appearances, all starts, this season.

Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Churns out full practice
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that Bateman (ankle) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Bateman should be in line to play Thursday against the Bengals, after an ankle injury kept him from suiting up in the Ravens' last two games. The return of Bateman will likely leave fewer opportunities available for DeAndre Hopkins, who handled his two highest snap counts of the season over the previous two weeks.

Omarion Hampton RB | LAC
Chargers' Omarion Hampton: Cleared for practice
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said that Hampton (ankle) will have his 21-day practice window opened Tuesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Coming out of the Chargers' Week 12 bye, Hampton has made enough progress in his recovery from a left ankle injury to resume practicing for the first time since early October. Because the rookie has missed the Chargers' last six games with the injury, he'll likely need to get in at least one full practice by Friday in order to have a realistic chance at being activated from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders. Whenever he's added back to the 53-man roster, Hampton should overtake Kimani Vidal as the lead option out of the Los Angeles backfield.

Sydney Brown SAF | PHI
Eagles' Sydney Brown: Expected to take over as starter
Brown is expected to take over as a starting safety for the Eagles following the injury to Andrew Mukuba (ankle) in last Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.
Mukuba is likely to miss at least the remainder of the regular season after suffering a fractured ankle against Dallas. Brown has started just seven of his 36 career regular-season contests during his three-year career, but he's next up alongside Reed Blankenship on the back end of the Philadelphia defense. Brown has logged just 86 defensive snaps through 11 appearances this season.

Arthur Maulet CB | DET
Arthur Maulet: Cut by Detroit
The Lions waived Maulet on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Detroit is finally getting healthy again in the secondary, so Maulet gets the boot from the 53-man roster. The 32-year-old cornerback has appeared in six games for the Lions this season, producing 14 tackles (11 solo) and two pass breakups, including one interception, on 105 defensive snaps.

George Odum DB | IND
Colts' George Odum: Signs with Indy
The Colts signed Odum off the practice squad Tuesday.
Odum inked a deal with the Colts' practice squad last week but now lands a spot on the 53-man roster after the team placed Ashton Dulin (hamstring) on injured reserve in a corresponding move. Odum has been a star special-teams player throughout his career and was named a first-team All-Pro in 2020 with the Colts.

Ashton Dulin WR | IND
Colts' Ashton Dulin: Sent to IR with hamstring injury
The Colts placed Dulin (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday.
It's unclear when Dulin suffered the injury, but he'll now be required to miss at least the Colts' next four contests. Through 10 games this season, Dulin has logged a 5-106-0 receiving line on 132 offensive snaps while also seeing 161 snaps on special teams. Anthony Gould and Laquon Treadwell are next up on the depth chart behind Michael Pittman, Alec Pierce and slot man Josh Downs.
