  • Eagles' Jaire Alexander: Dealt to Philly

Alexander was traded from the Ravens to the Eagles in exchange for a late-round pick swap Saturday.

Alexander had a minimal role in Baltimore after signing with the team this offseason, as he was a healthy scratch for the last two games. Per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Alexander has worked hard behind the scenes and is ready to contribute, something he may have the chance to do more of with the Eagles.

  • Ty Summers LB | DET

Lions' Ty Summers: Elevated for Week 9

Summers was elevated from the Lions' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Summers has primarily contributed to the Lions as a special teamer this season, playing 12 snaps in the Week 5 contest against the Bengals and 14 in the Week 6 contest against the Chiefs. The linebacker has likely been elevated to fill a similar role in Sunday's divisional matchup with the Vikings, but he will also be the primary backup to Jack Campbell at middle linebacker due to the absence of Zach Cunningham (hamstring).

  • 49ers' Jordan Elliott: Looks likely to suit up

Elliott (ankle) is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Giants, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Elliott looked unlikely to suit up in Week 9 after not traveling with the team to New York due to personal reasons. However, he's now expected to play through an ankle injury, though his official status remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Cardinals' BJ Ojulari: Ruled out for Week 9

Ojulari (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Cowboys.

After logging limited practices all week, Ojulari will not play in Monday night's game against the Cowboys. The Cardinals opened his 21-day practice window Thursday as he continues to work his way back from the ACL, MCL and lateral meniscus tears he suffered in August 2024. Ojulari's next chance to return to the field will be in the Cardinals' Week 10 matchup against the Seahawks on Nov. 9.

  • 49ers' Yetur Gross-Matos: Lands on IR

Gross-Matos (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.

Gross-Matos will miss his fourth consecutive game Sunday and will now be in line to miss at least three additional matchups thereafter. The 49ers are beat up along their defensive line, as they'll also be without Bryce Huff (hamstring), Nick Bosa (knee) and others in Sunday's matchup against the Giants.

  • Giants' Ray-Ray McCloud: Elevated for Week 9

McCloud was elevated from the Giants' practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

McCloud joined the Giants' practice squad Oct. 23 and is likely to make his team debut in Week 9 against the 49ers. His primary contribution could be as a kick returner, as he's tallied 91 kick-return yards across four games this season.

  • Cowboys' Shavon Revel: Ruled out for MNF

Revel (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Cardinals, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

It was previously reported that Revel is targeting Week 11 for his NFL debut. That is now officially his next chance to return from a torn ACL, as he was ruled out for Monday's game after logging three consecutive limited practices during the week.

  • Cardinals' Garrett Williams: Questionable to face Cowboys

Williams (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday's game against the Cowboys.

Williams landed on injured reserve after sustaining a knee injury in Week 2 against the Panthers. Head coach Jonathan Gannon made it sound as if Williams has a good chance to play Monday after logging three limited practices this week, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

  • Walter Nolen DT | ARI

Cardinals' Walter Nolen: Questionable to play

Nolen (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday's game against the Cowboys.

Nolen has been a limited participant in practice since the Cardinals designated him to return from injured reserve Oct. 15. The rookie first-rounder has a chance to make his NFL debut for Monday's primetime matchup against the Cowboys, as head coach Jonathan Gannon made it sound as if he had a good chance to play, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

  • Cowboys' DeMarvion Overshown: Officially ruled out for Week 9

Overshown (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Cardinals, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

It was previously reported that Overshown is in line to make his season debut in Week 11 after recovering from a very serious knee injury. He practiced in limited capacity throughout the week, but he has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Cardinals, as expected.
