The Buccaneers signed Tucker, who had been a restricted free agent, on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Tucker recorded 320 yards on 86 carries in 17 games during the 2025 regular season, while working behind Bucky Irving and Rachaad White. While White is now with the Commanders, the Bucs added Kenneth Gainwell to their backfield via free agency last month, and the presence of the former Steeler sets the stage for Tucker to remain the team's No. 3 RB in 2026.

Alt (ankle) was present for the Chargers' offseason program Monday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

Alt suffered a season-ending ankle injury in the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Titans and was unable to return to the field for the rest of the 2025 season. The star right tackle entering 2026 as a healthy practice participant is great news for quarterback Justin Herbert and the Chargers offensive line, who struggled greatly late in the year due to lack of depth amidst many injuries.

Jones had a setback to the neck injury he sustained last season and may not be ready to start training camp or Week 1, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Monday

Jones' 2025 season ended in late November due to a serious neck injury he suffered in the Steelers' Week 12 loss to the Bears. If the left tackle's recovery timeline has been extended, it could force the Steelers to use a higher pick on the offensive line in the 2026 Draft.

The Bears picked up the fifth-year option connected to Wright's rookie contract Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Wright will remain on the roster an additional year before further negotiations are required, now set to make almost $6.7 million in 2026 and $19 million in 2027 on the offensive tackle's fifth-year option. The right tackle is coming off a 2025 second-team All-Pro season, and the opportunity to retain the standout 24-year-old's services should help the Bears maintain strong run blocking and pass protection into 2026.

Pace signed a one-year contract with the Vikings on Monday.

No organization submitted a better offer sheet for Pace's services in the restricted free agency window. As such, the linebacker has signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract to remain with the Vikings through the 2026 season. The 25-year-old was a reliable depth piece in 2025, playing heavy snaps to start the year before returning to the reserve role that he will likely maintain in 2026.

Warner (ankle) said at the start of San Francisco's voluntary workout program Monday that he no longer has any limitations relating to the ankle injury he suffered Week 6 of the 2025 season, Noah Furtado of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Warner appears to already be back to full health after having suffered a dislocated and fractured right ankle last October and subsequentially undergoing surgery. The star linebacker said in January that he would have been able to retake the field had the 49ers made it to the NFC Championship Game in the postseason, however, so it's no surprise to see that he's since been cleared. Barring any setbacks, Warner projects to return to his usual standing as a truly elite fantasy option in IDP formats during the 2026 campaign.

Stafford and the Rams are progressing toward a new contract extension, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Stafford may not attend all offseason activities until a new extension is finalized by the sound of things, though Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports that the age-38 QB is present for the start of Los Angeles' voluntary workout program Monday. Of course, with Stafford coming off an MVP season in which he threw a career-high 46 TDs to go with 4,707 passing yards, there's little reason to be concerned about rust. His current deal runs through the 2026 season, though head coach Sean McVay expressed optimism earlier this offseason that Stafford could extend his career beyond this upcoming campaign. Meanwhile, star wideout Puka Nacua is attending voluntary workouts after having checked into a rehab facility in March.

Nacua is participating in the start of the Rams' voluntary offseason workouts Monday, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Nacua checked into a rehab facility in March and now is back at team facilities and participating in strength and conditioning with teammates. The All-Pro wideout, who led the NFL with 129 receptions across his 17 regular-season appearances in 2025 while totaling a career-high 1,715 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns, is entering the final year of his rookie contract. That makes the 24-year-old eligible for an extension, the likes of which could rival the four-year, $168.6 million deal fellow 2023 draftee Jaxon Smith-Njigba received from Seattle earlier this offseason, though Nacua's off-field circumstances may complicate negotiations, per the Los Angeles Times. A civil lawsuit was filed against Nacua in March, stemming from a Dec. 31, 2025 incident. Head coach Sean McVay said in late March that the team's "expectations" are that "this will be an opportunity for [Nacua] to learn and grow, and we are hopeful that he's a Ram for a really long time."

Mahomes (knee) is in attendance for the start of Kansas City's voluntary workouts Monday, Dave Skretta of The Associated Press reports.

Head coach Andy Reid said Mahomes is participating in weight training and meetings as the 30-year-old QB continues to progress in his recovery from surgery undergone in mid-December to repair ACL and LCL tears in his left knee. Mahomes said in mid-January that "the goal" is "to play Week 1 and have no restrictions," but he cautioned that he "can't predict what happens throughout the process." Monday kicked off Kansas City's two-week period of strength and conditioning, after which point the team will begin limited on-field work and walkthroughs. At that stage, the extent of Mahomes' participation will be worth monitoring. Of course, the expectation is that new backup quarterback Justin Fields (knee) will operate as the Chiefs' top signal-caller for most of the offseason.

Garoppolo is reportedly considering retirement, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Garoppolo has spent the last two seasons with the Rams as Matthew Stafford's top backup, but the 34-year-old, who has 64 career regular-season starts to his credit, has yet to decide if he'll continue playing in 2026. For now, Stafford and Stetson Bennett are the QBs the Rams currently have under contract, but it's possible the team could add depth at the position at the upcoming NFL Draft.
