Ja'Tavion Sanders TE | CAR
Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Has broken ankle, set for surgery
Coach Dave Canales said after Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Seahawks that Sanders suffered a broken ankle during the contest and is slated for surgery, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Based on Canales' comments, Sanders almost assuredly will miss a Week 18 matchup with the Buccaneers, the winner of whom will take the NFC South. In reality, though, Sanders' 2025 season likely is over, even if the Panthers were to make a deep playoff run. For as long as Sanders is sidelined and Carolina's campaign remains alive, Tommy Tremble, Mitchell Evans and James Mitchell will be the tight ends available to the offense.

Packers' Kamal Hadden: Season-ending ankle injury
Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters Sunday that Hadden is out for the rest of the season due to an ankle injury, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Hadden sustained an ankle injury during the Packers' 41-24 loss to the Ravens. The injury will keep him out for the rest of the year, and it's unclear whether it will impact his availability for the 2026 campaign. The second-year corner will finish 2025 with five tackles (one solo) through 10 regular-season games.

Darnell Washington TE | PIT
Steelers' Darnell Washington: Suffers broken arm Sunday
Coach Mike Tomlin said that Washington suffered a broken arm during Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Browns, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Per Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com, Tomlin said he didn't know if Washington will be out for the Steelers' regular-season finale against the Ravens, with the AFC North title on the line; however, it seems very likely that Washington will miss that contest, at a minimum. If so, Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith would pace Pittsburgh's TE corps in his absence.

Jordon Riley DT | GB
Packers' Jordon Riley: Done for 2025
Head coach Matt LaFleur said Sunday that Riley is done for the rest of the 2025 season due to an Achilles injury, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Riley sustained the injury during the Packers' 41-24 loss to the Ravens on Saturday. Further tests have revealed that the injury is severe enough that the third-year defensive tackle will not return for the rest of the season, and the issue could impact his availability for the start of the 2026 campaign. Riley signed a contract with the Packers in early December and mostly worked in a rotational role at defensive tackle, finishing with two solo tackles across four regular-season games.
