Dortch went without a target while logging four of the Bills' 82 snaps on offense in Sunday's 36-10 win over the Ravens. He returned one kickoff for 22 yards and three punts for 40 yards.
Dortch has been serving as Buffalo's top return man throughout the season, but he continues to see limited involvement as a receiver. The 28-year-old hasn't played more than five offensive snaps in any of his seven appearances and has yet to draw a target.
