Jackson was estimated as a limited participant Wednesday after missing the Rams' Week 17 loss to the Falcons due to a knee injury. If the Iowa product returns for Los Angeles' Week 18 matchup against the Cardinals, he'll likely start at left tackle.

Ruiz (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

The Michigan product has missed the Saints' last two games due to an ankle injury, but Wednesday's limited session suggests he could be nearing a return. Ruiz likely needs to upgrade to full practice Thursday or Friday in order to avoid an injury designation in the Week 18 matchup against the Falcons on Sunday.

Hunt (biceps) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

The 29-year-old practiced in full Tuesday and Wednesday but must still be activated to the Panthers' active roster in order to play in Saturday's divisional matchup, a game that could decide the winner of the NFC South. Hunt made the Pro Bowl in 2024 and would be a huge addition to Carolina's offensive line, operating as the team's top right guard if active for the Week 18 contest.

Johnson (illness) will not practice Thursday, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports.

Johnson missed Week 17 due to illness and has since sat out back-to-back contests, making his status for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Cowboys legitimately uncertain. He will have one more opportunity to get back on the practice field Friday.

Barnes (back) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

Despite Barnes' questionable designation, he practiced in full throughout the week, suggesting he's trending toward playing in Saturday's regular-season finale. The UCLA product has tallied 17 total tackles across six appearances for the Panthers this season. If active for the Week 18 contest, expect Barnes to contribute primarily on special teams while playing a depth role in Carolina's linebacker corps.

Cherelus (calf/ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

The 26-year-old from Alcorn State sustained ankle and calf injuries during the Week 17 loss to the Seahawks and didn't practice throughout the week, so it's no surprise that he'll be sidelined Saturday. Cherelus had been filling in for the injured Trevin Wallace (IR, shoulder) in Carolina's linebacker corps, recording 32 total tackles and one pass defensed over 14 appearances this season. While Cherelus is out in Week 18, expect Bam Martin-Scott to start alongside Christian Rozeboom.

Moore (elbow) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

Moore practiced in full for the third consecutive week and could appear in his first game since the Week 4 loss to the Patriots during Saturday's divisional matchup. However, he must still be added to Carolina's active roster in order to play in the Week 18 contest. If the veteran wideout is active Saturday, he'll likely play a depth role in the team's receiving corps.

Hall (knee) was spotted at practice Thursday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

Hall logged a 'DNP' on Wednesday, but the running back's presence at Thursday's session suggests that he's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's season finale against the Bills. The Jets' upcoming injury report will clarify Hall's official participation level, in any case.

Wharton (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

Despite practicing in full throughout the week, Wharton is listed as questionable for the Week 18 contest. The first-year Panther has been effective when on the field, recording 36 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and one pass defensed over nine appearances this season. If he's sidelined for the fourth consecutive game Saturday, expect Bobby Brown to draw another start on the Panthers' defensive line.

Rochell (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

Rochell sustained a concussion in the Week 17 loss to the Seahawks and wasn't able to clear protocol in time to play Saturday. While the 27-year-old is sidelined in Week 18, expect Akayleb Evans to have a larger defensive role as one of Carolina's top reserve cornerbacks.
