Brown has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams due to a calf injury.
Brown first appeared on the injury report Thursday due to a calf injury. Commanders GM Adam Peters seemed pessimistic about Brown's prognosis when he said Friday that the issue "doesn't look great," and the wideout is indeed set to miss at least Week 9. With Treylon Burks (foot) also out, Van Jefferson and/or Luke McCaffrey could be asked to step into more work on offense.
