  • Isaiah Adams G | ARI

Cardinals' Isaiah Adams: Ruled out for Week 5

Adams (ankle) won't play in Sunday's game against Detroit, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Adams was injured in Sunday's loss to the Giants. As a result, Jon Gaines is the favorite to see more snaps versus the Lions.

  • Joe Alt OT | LAC

    Chargers' Joe Alt: DNP Wednesday

Alt (neck) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.

Alt suffered a neck injury in the second quarter of the Chargers' Week 4 loss to the Seahawks. The right tackle was promptly ruled out for the remainder of the contest. The 2024 first-round pick will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation by Friday for a shot at playing in Sunday's game against the Broncos.

  • Browns' Elgton Jenkins: Clears concussion protocol

Head coach Todd Monken said Wednesday that Jenkins has cleared the league's concussion protocol, Tom Withers of The Associated Press reports.

Jenkins practiced in full Wednesday, and it appears the veteran offensive lineman will be available for Sunday's game against the Jets. He missed Week 4 against the Steelers after entering the league's concussion protocol.

  • Jeremiyah Love RB | ARI

    Cardinals' Jeremiyah Love: Limited Wednesday

Love (ankle) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

On Monday, coach Mike LaFleur said that Love emerged from Week 4 action with an ankle injury that's not related to the high-ankle sprain he tended to in August. Prior to Wednesday's session, LaFleur added more context, telling Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com that the issue shouldn't impact Love's practice reps this week. With a capped session to begin Week 5 prep, Love is experiencing practice restrictions, so the status of the Cardinals' No. 1 RB will be monitored closely as the weekend approaches.

  • Jaguars' Christian Braswell: Headed to Jags' IR

Braswell (knee) reverted from waivers to Jacksonville's injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Braswell was not claimed by another club after the Jaguars waived him with an injury designation Tuesday, so he's now going to their IR list. He'll have to sit out at least Jacksonville's next four games as he deals with his knee injury.

  • Jaden Crumedy DT | HOU

Texans' Jaden Crumedy: Set for Week 5

Crumedy (shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Crumedy was not listed on the Texans' injury report despite suffering a shoulder injury during the Week 4 loss to the Cowboys. The defensive tackle appears to have quickly recovered from the injury and is all set to continue preparing for Sunday's game against the Titans.

  • Eagles' Quinyon Mitchell: Limited at practice Wednesday

Mitchell (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday.

Mitchell exited Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams. He was scheduled to undergo testing Monday, but his limited participation at practice Wednesday seemingly keeps the door open regarding his availability for Week 5 versus Jacksonville.

  • Dylan Parham G | NYJ

    Jets' Dylan Parham: Remains week-to-week

Coach Aaron Glenn said Wednesday that Parham is still week-to-week as he nurses a knee injury, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.

Parham sat out Sunday's game at Chicago with the knee injury he picked up in Week 3 at Detroit, and it's still bothering him as the Jets begin preparing for Week 5. Barring an unexpected development, he's trending towards missing Sunday's contest versus the Browns.

  • B.J. Hill DT | CIN

Bengals' B.J. Hill: Full participant Wednesday

Hill (Achilles) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Jay Morrison of SI.com reports.

Hill missed three consecutive games with an Achilles injury he suffered in the Bengals' Week 1 win over the Buccaneers. Wednesday's full session is the first the defensive tackle has logged since sustaining the injury, meaning there is a strong chance Hill will be able to suit up for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

  • Marcus Epps SAF | PHI

Eagles' Marcus Epps: Absent from practice Wednesday

Epps (groin) did not practice Wednesday.

Epps didn't play in Sunday's loss to the Rams. If that trend continues in Week 5 versus Jacksonville, Michael Carter should remain in line to see an uptick in defensive snaps.
