Bush will become an unrestricted free agent in March, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Bush finished 2025 with a career-high 125 tackles (63 solo, 2.0 sacks) and recorded three interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns, over 17 regular-season games. That puts the 27-year-old linebacker in line for a big payday this offseason. Bush's chances of returning to Cleveland are higher if current defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz returns, as either the DC or head coach.

Emerson (Achilles) becomes an unrestricted free agent when the offseason begins in March, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Emerson, who hoped to earn a contract extension this season, missed all of 2025 after tearing an Achilles last July. After two strong years upon his arrival as a third-round pick in 2022, Emerson experienced a regression in 2024 before suffering the injury. There hasn't been much news regarding the cornerback's recovery, although other players with a similar injury typically required six to eight months. That puts Emerson in line to be ready for offseason activities.

Forbes (shoulder) was a limited participant in the Rams' practice Wednesday.

Forbes managed to practice Wednesday despite having suffered a shoulder injury during last week's divisional-round win versus Chicago. As his injury isn't considered to be serious, the 25-year-old should be good to go for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Seahawks.

Cross (foot) did not participate at practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Cross left Seattle's divisional-round win versus the 49ers early after suffering a foot injury, and now his status for the NFC Championship is up in the air. His direct backups at left tackle, Josh Jones (knee) and Amari Kight (knee), also did not practice Wednesday, so if Cross can't get back onto the practice field Thursday or Friday and give himself a chance to play Sunday versus the Rams, the Seahawks could find themselves with a serious issue along the offensive line.

Young (knee) didn't participate in the Rams' practice Wednesday.

Young is still working through the knee soreness that he sustained during last week's divisional-round win over the Bears. However, despite the injury, Sean McVay previously said that he still expects the 27-year-old to be available for Sunday's conference championship game versus the Seahawks.

San Francisco signed Martinez to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Martinez spent most of the 2025 season on the 49ers' and the Jets' practice squads, taking just one snap with San Francisco in Week 9 against the Giants to execute the game-ending kneel down. It appears the 49ers saw something they liked in Martinez, though, so he'll be staying with them to begin the 2026 league year.

Nwosu (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Nwosu played 29 defensive snaps in the divisional round versus the 49ers, and it's not clear when he hurt his hamstring. Either way, he'll probably have to participate fully at practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Holani (hamstring) was a full participant at practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Holani has spent Seattle's last seven games on its injured reserve list after hurting his hamstring in Week 12 at Tennessee, but it now seems like he could be on track to suit up for the NFC Championship. With 2023 second-rounder Zach Charbonnet (knee) already ruled out, Holani's status is worth keeping an eye on as Sunday's contest versus the Rams approaches.

Arroyo (knee) was a full participant at practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Arroyo has been on Seattle's injured reserve list for the past five games due to a knee injury he suffered in Week 14 at Atlanta, but his activity at practice signals he could return to game action for the NFC Championship. With any limits on his reps apparently behind him, the Seahawks would just need to officially activate him from IR prior to Sunday's game versus the Rams.

Landry (knee) did not participate at practice Wednesday.

Landry has been able to play through his knee injury lately, including during the divisional round versus the Texans, but it's evidently still bothering him as New England begins preparing for the AFC Championship. As long as he's able to return to practice Thursday or Friday, there's still a solid chance he'll be able to keep toughing it out come Sunday at Denver.
