Jaquarii Roberson WR | LAR
Jaquarii Roberson: Cut from practice squad
The Steelers removed Roberson from their practice squad Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Wake Forest has spent time with the Cowboys and Steelers this season, but he hasn't been close to making his NFL debut. Jordan Berry was also let go from Pittsburgh's practice squad, and in a corresponding move, the Steelers signed offensive lineman Ryan McCollum and defensive back Scott Nelson.

Tyrie Cleveland WR | IND
Broncos' Tyrie Cleveland: Limited at practice Tuesday
Cleveland (hamstring) was limited during a walkthrough practice Tuesday.
Denver is operating on a short week ahead of a Thursday night matchup versus Indianapolis, so Cleveland's status for Week 5 still seems very much undecided despite his participation in practice early in the week. Even if he can play, the third-year receiver would just be filling a depth role in a moribund Broncos offense.

Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Battling ankle injury
Jennings is day-to-day after suffering an ankle injury in Monday's 24-9 win over the Rams, Josh Dubow of The Associated Press reports.
Jennings played 18 of the 49ers' 49 snaps on offense (37 percent) in the Week 4 victory, turning his four targets into two catches for 22 yards. The team will return to the practice field Wednesday as they begin preparations for a matchup with the Panthers, but Jennings' status for that game looks uncertain. If he's sidelined this weekend, Ray-Ray McCloud would presumably be first in line to join Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk in three-receiver formations.

Allen Robinson WR | DET
Rams' Allen Robinson: Another dismal performance
Robinson caught two of six targets for seven yards in Monday's 24-9 loss to the 49ers.
Despite seeing the third-most targets on the team, Robinson was only able to bring in two short passes -- another disappointing showing in a season that, outside of a decent Week 2 line (4-53-1), has been a quiet one so far. He was unable to gain separation and was constantly smothered during Monday's game, which has become a theme for the 29-year old wideout. Through roughly a quarter of the season, Robinson's 9-95-1 receiving line hasn't come close to replacing the production of Robert Woods and Odell Beckham (knee). A tough Week 5 showdown against the Cowboys and their potent defense will make it difficult for Robinson to break out of his slump.
-
Ben Skowronek WR | PIT
Rams' Ben Skowronek: Two catches in loss
Skowronek brought in two of three targets for 33 yards during Monday's 24-9 loss to the 49ers.
Skowronek had a brief injury scare in the fourth quarter, coming off the field holding his left leg. He returned on the next series, however, and was on the field for 88 percent of the team's offensive snaps, which is right on par for his season average. Allen Robinson struggled again, notching just two catches for seven yards on six targets, and Skowronek's versatility and reliability may push him into an even larger role behind Cooper Kupp.
-
Brandon Powell WR | MIN
Rams' Brandon Powell: Held without a catch
Powell rushed once for 11 yards and returned three kicks for 58 yards during Monday's 24-9 loss to the 49ers.
It was the first game of the season in which Powell wasn't targeted in the passing game, a slight surprise as Tutu Atwell was inactive for the game, leaving Powell as the team's field-stretching speedster. Powell still managed to record a single touch out of his six offensive snaps with an 11-yard scamper in the second quarter, and he'll look to bounce back in a Week 5 tilt against the Cowboys.

Calvin Austin III WR | NYG
Steelers' Calvin Austin: Will practice this week
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Austin (foot) will resume practicing Wednesday, starting his 21-day window to return from injured reserve, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Austin didn't play during the preseason due to a foot injury and started the regular season on IR. It's encouraging to see him in line to practice at the earliest possible time, but it remains unclear when he'll be ready for game action. When available, he'll likely slot in behind Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool and fellow rookie George Pickens. However, with Kenny Pickett taking over as the primary signal caller, the target share of the aforementioned wideouts becomes a lot less certain.

Demarcus Robinson WR | SF
Ravens' Demarcus Robinson: Held in check despite larger role
Robinson had two catches on three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
The veteran played a season-high 37 snaps due in large part to Rashod Bateman suffering a foot injury in the second half of the game. Robinson did not see his role in the passing game increase despite the elevated snap volume. Pending Bateman's status going into Week 5, Robinson could be primed for a strong snap share against the Bengals but it's dubious to expect that to convert into a major boost in fantasy output.
-
Shi Smith WR | KC
Panthers' Shi Smith: No catches in loss
Smith didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 26-16 loss to the Cardinals.
Smith also fumbled a punt return but was saved by Carolina recovering his miscue. Although he holds limited fantasy value in a struggling Panthers passing game, Smith's continued status as the team's third wideout at least gets him consistent playing time.

Russell Gage WR | SF
Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Limited to two grabs in loss
Gage brought in two of four targets for 24 yards during the Buccaneers' 41-31 loss to the Saints on Sunday night.
With Chris Godwin and Julio Jones available to start the game after overcoming their questionable designations, Gage saw exponentially less volume than in Week 4, despite the fact Jones was ultimately limited to just 18 snaps. Gage logged 41 in his own right, but he still generated his lowest reception and yardage totals since Week 1 against the Cowboys. With Jones' health once again in question due to his knee issues, Gage could be in line for a return to a larger role against his old Falcons teammates in a Week 5 home clash.
