Danny Gray WR | PHI
49ers' Danny Gray: Back to full practice
Gray (hip) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Gray didn't practice last week due to a hip injury and was given a doubtful designation for Monday's game against the Rams, for which he eventually was inactive. However, the rookie third-round pick was able to take part in every drill to begin Week 5 prep, setting him up to be available Sunday in Carolina. If Jauan Jennings (ankle) -- who was a limited participant Wednesday -- is at all inhibited this weekend, Gray could be in line for a bigger workload than normal.

Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Limited by ankle issue
Jennings (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
After Monday's 24-9 win against the Rams, head coach Kyle Shanahan told Josh Dubow of The Associated Press on Tuesday that Jennings was day-to-day due to an ankle injury. Jennings has upheld that statement by getting in some practice reps to begin Week 5 prep, and he'll have two more sessions to get back to full activity before the 49ers potentially give him a game-day designation for Sunday's contest at Carolina. On the season, Jennings has been lightly utilized behind Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, recording eight catches (on 15 targets) for 93 yards while playing 48.3 percent of the offensive snaps.
-
Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Chargers' Joshua Palmer: Limited by ankle issue
Palmer was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Palmer's status is worth tracking as Sunday's game against the Browns approaches, with Keenan Allen (hamstring) not practicing Wednesday and uncertain to return to the lineup this weekend. If Allen remains sidelined this weekend, Palmer, DeAndre Carter and possibly Michael Bandy would be in line for added opportunities versus the Browns.
-
Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC
Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Remains limited at practice
Meyers (knee) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Meyers was also limited in practices throughout the past week before missing a second straight game in Sunday's overtime loss to the Packers. At this stage, it's unclear if he'll be available for this weekend's game against the Lions. If Meyers is cleared to suit up, he may be catching from a different quarterback, as Mac Jones (ankle) could miss a second straight game, and veteran backup Brian Hoyer is still in the concussion protocol after exiting early Week 4. Rookie Bailey Zappe would be in line to make his first NFL start if neither Jones nor Hoyer is available.
-
Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Logs full practice
Wilson (ribs/toe) practiced fully Wednesday, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
Wilson was inactive for last Thursday's game against the Bengals, but his return to a full practice Wednesday sets the stage for him to rejoin the mix this weekend against the Jets. As long as Jaylen Waddle (groin) is available for the contest, however, Wilson will likely have to compete with Trent Sherfield for the remaining wideout targets that don't go in the direction of Waddle or Tyreek Hill.
-
Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Cardinals' Marquise Brown: Not practicing due to foot issue
Brown didn't practice Wednesday due to a foot injury, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Brown showed up on the Cardinals' Week 4 injury report Friday and was listed as a limited participant due to rest/foot. He was able to play Sunday at Carolina and earned a typical 94 percent of the offensive snaps on his way to six catches (on 11 targets) for 88 yards and one touchdown. However, Brown now isn't practicing at all to begin Week 5 prep, so his status bears watching as the weekend approaches to get a sense of his availability for Sunday's game versus the Eagles.

Keelan Doss WR | LV
Keelan Doss: Finds new home
Doss signed with the Chargers' practice squad Wednesday.
Doss spent training camp with the Giants, but he was unable to make the team. He'll now get an opportunity in L.A., which still has Keenan Allen dealing with a hamstring injury, and also lost Jalen Guyton (knee) for the year in Week 3.
-
Breshad Perriman WR | IND
Buccaneers' Breshad Perriman: Limited in return to practice
Perriman (knee/hamstring) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
Perriman didn't practice at all last week while dealing with knee and hamstring injuries before the Bucs made him inactive this past Sunday against the Chiefs. He's thus logging his first on-field work since suiting up Week 3, while all of Chris Godwin (knee), Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (hamstring) also had their reps capped. As a result, the status of Tampa Bay's receiving corps again is in flux as the team prepares for a Week 5 matchup with the Falcons.
-
Zay Jones WR | HOU
Jaguars' Zay Jones: Limited practice session Wednesday
Jones (ankle) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
Per Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com, head coach Doug Pederson previously suggested that he thought Jones will be "ready to go" this weekend against the Texans. The wideout's ability to practice Wednesday -- albeit in a limited fashion -- supports that notion. In Jones' absence in this past Sunday's loss to the Eagles, Christian Kirk (two catches for 60 yards) and Jamal Agnew (four catches for 50 yards) paced the Jaguars' pass-catching corps.
-
Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Packers' Allen Lazard: Still bothered by ankle issue
Lazard (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Lazard has been a regular on Packers injury reports this season, but since sitting out Week 1, he's increased his snap share and targets each of the past the games, culminating in six catches (on eight targets) for 116 yards this past Sunday against the Patriots. Currently, he's sitting on a career-best 14.5 yards per reception, which may start to settle back in the 12-to-13 range as the season goes on. Before that mark is impacted, though, Lazard will need to ditch his designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Giants in London.
