Toney hauled in both targets for 18 yards and rushed three times for 26 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 31-13 win against the Raiders.

Toney was utilized as a weapon on jet sweeps in addition to making a minor impact as a receiver. Even so, Toney still finished the contest with just a 31 percent offensive snap share (18 total), sitting fourth among wide receivers. It's unlikely his snap count will balloon in the postseason, so he will likely be a touchdown-dependent option in some playoff fantasy pools.

Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said Tuesday that Mooney (ankle) should be back on the field in some capacity this spring, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

Mooney is working his way back from the season-ending surgery he underwent to repair a fractured left ankle, an injury he sustained in the Bears' Week 12 loss to the Jets. Before getting hurt, the third-year wideout was the top target for Justin Fields, hauling in 40 passes for 493 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games. The Bears are likely to address their receiving group this offseason, but Mooney should be locked into a starting role regardless of what additions Chicago makes.

Valdes-Scantling gathered in three of targets for 27 yards during Saturday's 31-13 victory over the Raiders.

Valdes-Scantling compiled three or fewer catches for the fifth straight game, didn't top 28 receiving yards in any of the final five weeks and had just one touchdown to his name all season. The deep threat didn't really live up to what Kansas City was aiming for when they signed him to a three-year contract before the season, though he did compile a career-high 42 catches and fell just three yards short of his career high in receiving yards with 687. MVS also drew 13 targets combined between the final two regular-season contests, so there is a chance he could make an impact in the postseason if he and Patrick Mahomes can connect on a deep shot.

The Colts signed Smith to a reserve/future contract Monday, per the team's official site.

After suiting up for both of Tampa Bay's and Denver's practice squads earlier this season, Smith joined the Colts' practice unit in mid-October but ultimately failed to receive a game-day promotion. The 6-foot-3 wide receiver is now in a position to compete for one of the Colts' roster spots throughout the offseason and into next year's training camp.

The Lions signed Berryhill to a reserve/future contract Monday.

Berryhill appeared in four games with Detroit in 2022, though he wasn't targeted across his six offensive snaps. He spent time with the Falcons and Cardinals after going undrafted out of Arizona, before ending up on the Lions practice squad back in October and sticking with the team.

The Browns signed Harley to a reserve/future contract Monday.

Harley finished the 2022 season on Cleveland's practice squad, but he didn't make a regular-season appearance. He will look to earn a spot with the team in 2023 and potentially make his NFL debut.

Westbrook-Ikhine failed to corral his lone target in Saturday's 20-16 loss to the Jaguars.

Despite playing at least 60 percent of the snaps on offense for the 16th time in his 17 appearances on the season, Westbrook-Ikhine once again failed to deliver a useful line for fantasy purposes. The run-heavy Tennessee offense wasn't especially conducive to any Titans pass catcher emerging as a reliable option, but Westbrook-Ikhine's production still notably lagged behind Robert Woods and Treylon Burks. The third-year receiver from Indiana finished the 2022 campaign with 25 catches for 397 yards and three touchdowns on 50 targets, with 30 percent of his receiving yardage and two of his scores coming in one game, a Week 10 win over Denver.

Carolina signed Wright to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Wright was elevated to the active roster Week 5 versus the 49ers, but he didn't ultimately see the field. The wideout out of Utah State will now get a chance to stick with the Panthers and potentially make his NFL debut with the team further down the line.

Carolina signed Saunders to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Saunders didn't appear in a single contest during the 2022 season, though he did play in two games with the Panthers back in 2021. The young wideout will now get a chance to continue his development with the team.

Bell did not catch either of his two targets in a 28-14 loss to Pittsburgh in Week 18.

Bell finished the season with just one catch on four targets over the final three weeks. He had thumb and toe injuries down the stretch, missing nearly two full games, which impacted him over the final five games. The rookie slot receiver finished the year with 24 catches, 35 targets and 214 yards. Bell had steady, if minor, production prior to the injury and, like every pass catcher on the team, will wait for Deshaun Watson to return to form the quarterback had prior to a long layoff. If the old Watson is back in 2023, the Browns will likely throw more, and Bell could build off the modest output of his rookie season.
