The Buccaneers released Moore on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Moore put together a respectable 8-123-0 line on 12 targets in three preseason games, but the six-year veteran lost out on a depth wide receiver spot to 2023 sixth-round pick Trey Palmer, Deven Thompkins and rookie UDFA Rakim Jarrett. Moore's last impactful season came in 2020 with the Seahawks when he registered 35 catches for 417 yards and six touchdowns in 16 games. He'll look to catch on elsewhere once he clears waivers.

The Seahawks waived Johnson on Tuesday, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Johnson sustained a concussion early in the preseason but returned to the field for the team's exhibition finale. He was unable to land a spot on the team's 53-man roster and will now seek out other opportunities.

The Buccaneers waived Miller on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Miller joined the Bucs in April as an undrafted free agent out of Furman. He registered three catches for 35 yards in three preseason games and will explore his options once he clears waivers.

The Seahawks waived Hall on Tuesday, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Hall joined Seattle as an undrafted free agent in May but was unable to make the team's 53-man roster. He'll now seek out other opportunities ahead of the 2023 season.

Johnson joined the Bucs on Aug. 12 after being cut by the Vikings five days prior. The undrafted free agent out of Southern Louisiana was a quarterback in college and was attempting to transition to wide receiver during the offseason and training camp. He'll have to continue that work elsewhere once he clears waivers.

Davis was waived by the Cardinals on Tuesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

The wide receiver signed with the team in July after spending time on Denver's practice squad in 2022. Davis' only professional action so far came in the spring with the Michigan Panthers of the USFL.

Smith (groin) was held out of practice Tuesday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Smith hurt his groin during practice Aug. 5 and hasn't returned since. He didn't log any action during the preseason slate but still received a spot on the 53-man roster. The extent of Smith's injury isn't yet clear, and it remains to be seen if he'll be ready by the start of the regular season.

The Steelers waived Fitzpatrick on Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Fitzpatrick spent most of the 2022 season on the Steelers' practice squad and remained with the organization during the offseason. He was unable to secure a spot on the team's 53-man roster, but it's possible he winds up on a practice squad again in 2023.

The Bengals released Morgan on Tuesday, Geoff Hobson of the team's official website reports.

Morgan has been a core special teams member for the Bengals since joining the league in 2019. However, the team has opted to go in a more youthful direction in that department, and the 26-year-old is a casualty of that decision. It remains to be seen if he will be kept around on the team's practice squad or have to look for a fresh start somewhere else.

The Packers waived DuBose on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.

DuBose was placed on the Packers' active/non-football injury list in July with an undisclosed injury. He returned on Aug. 7 and played in two preseason games, accumulating three catches for 35 yards. The 2023 seventh-round pick could return to the Packers on their practice squad once he clears waivers or explore his options elsewhere.
