DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Expects to play Week 2
Hopkins (ankle) is expected to play in Sunday's matchup with the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Hopkins was a non-participant at practice all week due to ankle injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest, but the Titans may have simply been exercising extra caution with their No. 1 pass catcher. Fantasy managers planning on using Hopkins in Week 2 lineups will still want to ensure that he's good to go Sunday, with clarity on his status set to arrive when the Titans release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. In his Titans debut last week in a 16-15 loss to the Saints, Hopkins hauled in seven passes on 13 targets for 65 yards.

Jalen Reagor WR | MIA
Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Joins active roster
The Patriots elevated Reagor to the active roster Saturday.
Reagor, a 2020 first-round pick, has had a disappointing start to his career and gets a fresh start in New England. He joined the practice squad after failing to make it on the Vikings' 53-man roster following training camp. The pass catcher has tallied 799 yards and four touchdowns on 72 receptions in 44 career games. He will now be available as a depth receiving option when the Patriots host the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football.

K.J. Osborn WR | TEN
Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Scores TD but two drops
Osborn had three receptions on six targets for 34 yards, including a 10-yard touchdown, in Thursday's loss at Philadelphia. He also had two drops.
Osborn's share of playing time on offense decreased in the season's second game, at least compared to rookie Jordan Addison. Addison started in a two-receiver set to begin the game ahead of Osborn, though Osborn played more snaps on offense (53 to 39 snaps). Meanwhile Addison had a strong game with three receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown. Osborn could see fewer snaps after two drops during the game, and his role could decline more if the coaching staff gains more confidence in Addison's run blocking, which they have said was the reason for Osborn's usage in two-receiver sets.

Austin Trammell WR | JAC
Rams' Austin Trammell: Bumped up to active roster
Trammell has been elevated to the Rams' active roster ahead of Sunday's contest against the 49ers, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
With rookie Puka Nacua (oblique) listed as questionable, Trammell has likely been called up as receiving insurance. Either way, he will presumably play just a depth role while being more likely to have an impact on special teams.

Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Unsurprisingly ruled out
Johnson (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Browns, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.
This shouldn't come as a surprise to fantasy managers given Johnson's injury suffered in Week 1 was thought to cause a multi-week absence. In the veteran's absence, expect Calvin Austin and Allen Robinson to split opportunities in the slot opposite outside stalwart George Pickens.
-
DJ Chark WR | ATL
Panthers' DJ Chark: Trending in right direction
Chark (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's contest against the Saints
Perhaps more important than the injury designation was Chark's availability at practice, as the veteran participated fully Saturday after being limited the previous two days. It's worth noting Chark ultimately did not play Week 1 despite practicing on a limited basis, so his status should still be monitored closely heading into Monday's primetime matchup. Should the 26-year-old suit up, expect Chark to split playing time with Adam Thielen and Jonathan Mingo among the starting unit.

Juwann Winfree WR | HOU
Colts' Juwann Winfree: Promoted to active roster
The Colts elevated Winfree to the active roster Saturday.
This makes consecutive weeks to start the season that Winfree has been promoted to the active roster prior to game day. He saw the field for five offensive snaps out of a possible 70 in Week 1, but he failed to record any statistics. He will presumably have a similar role against the Texans.

Amari Cooper WR | LV
Browns' Amari Cooper: Aggravates groin injury
Cooper is questionable for Monday's game against the Steelers after aggravating a groin injury, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski didn't give much in the way of information, saying, "We will see how it goes over the next 48 hours. It just happened. Don't have enough information to make a determination." Prior to Saturday's practice, Cooper had been a healthy participant in practice all week. The star wideout was one of the featured members of the Browns' passing attack in Week 1, and his absence could be critical in an important divisional matchup come Monday. Expect more information to trickle out in the coming days.
-
Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Eagles' Olamide Zaccheaus: No targets in Week 2
Zaccheaus was not targeted in Thursday's Week 2 win over the Vikings.
Zaccheaus saw the field for just 11 offensive snaps in Week 1 but saw that figure jump to 35 in Week 2, largely because third wideout Quez Watkins exited with a hamstring injury in the second quarter. Zaccheaus failed to do anything with those extra opportunities, which doesn't bode well for his fantasy viability even if Watkins misses multiple games.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Questionable to face 49ers
Nacua (oblique) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers after returning to a limited practice Friday.
Coach Sean McVay said Friday that he expects Nacua to play despite being a mid-week addition to the injury report. If so, the rookie should be one of the focal points of the Rams offense after catching 10 passes Week 1 at Seattle, though Nacua gets a tougher matchup this time around against the vaunted 49ers defense. In the event of a setback ahead of Sunday's 4:05 ET kickoff, Ben Skowronek would be the favorite replace Nacua alongside Van Jefferson and Tutu Atwell in the three-wide formations that dominate McVay's offense.
