  • Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Practices without limitations

Hopkins (ankle) was a full participant in practice Wednesday.

After failing to practice in any capacity last week and taking a questionable tag into Sunday, Hopkins suited up and made it through the Titans' 27-24 overtime win over the Chargers without any reported setbacks. Even so, his ability to practice fully Wednesday nonetheless comes as a minor surprise after he was limited to 59 percent snap share and five targets only three days earlier. His ankle has seemingly improved quite a bit since the middle of last week, so Hopkins should play more snaps this coming Sunday on the road against a tough Cleveland secondary.

  • Tyjon Lindsey WR | SEA

    Tyjon Lindsey: Gets second opportunity

Lindsey signed with the Seahawks' practice squad Wednesday, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Lindsey joined Seattle as an undrafted free agent in the spring, but he wasn't able to make the team's initial 53-man roster. However, he'll now have another opportunity with the team and a chance to make his way to the active roster from the practice squad.

  • Tank Dell WR | HOU

Texans' Tank Dell: Limited with thigh injury

Dell was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday due to a thigh injury.

In the Texans' Week 2 loss to the Colts, Dell scored his first NFL touchdown while catching seven passes for 72 yards on 10 targets. The rookie third-round draft pick is poised to continue playing a prominent role alongside Nico Collins and Robert Woods for the duration of Noah Brown's (groin) multi-week absence. Dell will have two more opportunities to return to full participation in practice and avoid carrying a questionable tag into Sunday's game in Jacksonville.

  • Brandin Cooks WR | BUF

Cowboys' Brandin Cooks: Returns to limited practice

Cooks (knee) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Leading up to this past Sunday's win over the Jets, Cooks wasn't able to practice, with resistance training acting as his only visible on-field work. He was ultimately inactive for the contest, but with his return to limited activity to kick off Week 3 prep, he's putting himself in a position to keep his absence to just one game. Cooks even told Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News on Wednesday that he's feeling "great" and expects to suit up Sunday in Arizona.

  • DeVante Parker WR | PHI

Patriots' DeVante Parker: Logs limited practice

Parker (knee) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.

Parker, who was inactive Week 1 due to the knee injury, returned to action in the Patriots' loss to Miami this past Sunday. He took on a full workload right off the bat, playing all 71 of the Patriots' offensive snaps while catching six passes on eight targets for a team-high 57 yards. With no setbacks having been reported coming out of the Week 2 contest, Parker's listed limitations Wednesday may have been maintenance-related. In any case, the wideout will probably need to practice fully by Friday in order to avoid taking a questionable designation into this Sunday's matchup with the Jets.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Bothered by groin injury

Reynolds was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a groin injury, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Reynolds showed no sign of injury during Sunday's loss to Seattle, scoring a pair of touchdowns and playing 80 percent of the snaps on offense. With 13 targets, 146 receiving yards and the two touchdowns through two weeks, Reynolds has emerged as Detroit's top perimeter threat ahead of 33-year-old Marvin Jones. The Lions would use Kalif Raymond more in the event of Reynolds being unable to play through the groin injury this Sunday versus the Falcons.

  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Not being rushed through protocol

Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said Wednesday that he's "not really worried about the timeline" of Waddle progressing through the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.

Waddle didn't practice Wednesday but did participate in team stretches, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. He will have two more chances to take the practice field before receiving a game designation for Sunday's matchup against the Broncos, but Waddle looks uncertain to clear the protocol in time for the Week 3 matchup. If Waddle is ruled out this weekend, there will be an opportunity for Braxton Berrios, River Cracraft and Erik Ezukanma to step up behind top wideout Tyreek Hill.

  • 49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Questionable for Thursday

Aiyuk (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Giants, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

The 49ers posted practice estimates Monday and Tuesday, which included Aiyuk as a non-participant on the first one and a limited participant on the second. He was able to play through a left shoulder injury that he suffered early on in this past Sunday's road win against the Rams, logging 52 percent of the offensive snaps en route to three catches (on six targets) for 43 yards. Aiyuk's availability Thursday will become known about 90 minutes before an 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but if he's inactive for the contest or available to play only limited snaps, Jauan Jennings and Ronnie Bell would stand to benefit behind Deebo Samuel.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Another limited practice

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Watson (hamstring) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Since unexpectedly popping up Packers' first injury report of the season, Watson sat out games in Weeks 1 and 2 as he tended to a hamstring issue. Despite the lack of game action, he logged a limited session last Friday and took part in individual drills Wednesday, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. The uptick in activity level is a positive sign for Watson's potential to make his season debut Sunday against the Saints, but his workload Thursday and Friday likely will determine whether he heads into the weekend with a designation.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Limited practice Wednesday

Mooney (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.

Mooney departed this past Sunday's loss at Tampa Bay due to a knee injury, but Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported after the game that the issue isn't considered to be severe. By kicking off Week 3 prep with a capped session, Mooney may be trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's visit to the Chiefs. His activity will need to be monitored in practice the next two days to get a sense of his potential to play in that contest.
