Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE
Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Good to go after full practice
Jeudy (knee) practiced fully Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bears, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Jeudy was limited in practices Wednesday and Thursday, but he'll be good to go for the Week 4 matchup after taking every rep Friday. He battled a hamstring injury heading into the season and ramped up his production from 25 yards in Week 2 to 81 yards in Week 3 after sitting out the Week 1 loss to the Raiders. Sunday's trip to Chicago presents a breakout opportunity for Jeudy, as the Bears are allowing 35.3 points per game, the second-most in the NFL.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Deemed questionable for Week 4
Samuel (knee/ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
A game-time decision leading up to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff seems like a best-case scenario for Samuel, who went down as a non-participant in the 49ers' first two practices this week before upgrading to limited participation Friday after he was spotted working out off to the side. Brandon Aiyuk, meanwhile, doesn't have an injury designation heading the Week 4 contest, despite missing last Thursday's game against the Giants with a shoulder injury. According to Barrows, Samuel's knee injury cropped up during the win over the Giants and is the greater concern for him at this juncture that the ribs injury.

Quez Watkins WR | PHI
Eagles' Quez Watkins: Will miss second consecutive game
Watkins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Watkins will miss a second consecutive game, though at least he managed to practice in a limited fashion both Thursday and Friday. Olamide Zaccheaus took advantage of Watkins' absence in Week 3 against the Buccaneers, racking up 58 yards and a touchdown as the team's third wide receiver behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. Watkins' next chance to play will come in Week 5 against the Rams.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Gets green light for Week 4
Hopkins (ankle) was a full practice participant Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The lingering ankle issue had resulted in Hopkins carrying a questionable tag into the Titans' last two games, but he suited up on both occasions and combined for seven receptions for 88 yards and no touchdowns on 12 targets. That level of production was lower than what fantasy managers had been accustomed to seeing from Hopkins, but his outlook could be brighter for Week 4 now that he's seemingly in a better spot on the health front than he has been for either of the past two games. Additionally, the Titans will be without No. 2 wideout Treylon Burks (knee) on Sunday, removing one potential challenger for targets from the equation.

Nelson Agholor WR | BAL
Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Bigger opportunity could await
Agholor is expected to serve as Baltimore's No. 2 wide receiver Sunday against the Browns with both Odell Beckham (ankle) and Rashod Bateman (hamstring) ruled out for the contest, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Bateman is sitting out for the first time this season, while Beckham will miss his second straight contest. The latter's absence paved the way for Agholor to play a season-best 72 percent of the offensive snaps in a 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts in Week 3, with the 30-year-old finishing with four catches for 39 yards on four targets. With Bateman now joining Beckham on the sideline, Agholor could be third in the pecking order for targets behind No. 1 wideout Zay Flowers and tight end Mark Andrews. Devin Duvernay and practice-squad member Laquon Treadwell are also likely to see snaps alongside Flowers and Agholor in three-receiver sets.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Good to go
Smith (illness) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Washington.
As expected, following his Friday return to practice after missing one day. Smith was a limited participant to close out the week but should be ready for a full workload come Sunday.
-
Erik Ezukanma WR | PHI
Dolphins' Erik Ezukanma: Placed on NFI list
Ezukanma (neck) was placed on the eserve/non-football injury list Friday.
Ezukanma will miss a minimum of four games, starting with Sunday's tilt in Buffalo. The earliest potential return date for Ezukanma is Week 8 against the Patriots. With fellow wide receiver River Cracraft (shoulder) on injured reserve, Braxton Berrios and Cedrick Wilson make up the entirety of the receiving depth behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle on Miami's 53-man roster,

River Cracraft WR | WAS
Dolphins' River Cracraft: Moved to injured reserve
Cracraft (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
Cracraft had already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills, but he will miss a minimum of three additional games after being moved to injured reserve. The soonest Cracraft could be activated would be Week 8 against the Patriots.
-
Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Limited to side work
Samuel (ribs/knee) is running on the side during Friday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
It's better than nothing but doesn't necessarily mean he'll be listed as a participant in practice. Samuel missed Wednesday and Thursday, while Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) has been practicing all week after missing the 49ers' Week 3 win over New York. The team figures to have at least one of them available -- which should be enough -- this Sunday against Arizona.

Allen Robinson WR | DET
Steelers' Allen Robinson: Good to go for Week 4
Robinson (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Houston.
Robinson made steady progress throughout the week, as he got a limited practice in Thursday after sitting out Wednesday, then upgraded to full participation Friday to avoid an injury designation altogether. The veteran wide receiver has 11 catches for 100 yards on 15 targets through three games with Pittsburgh. Robinson and Calvin Austin should continue to see extra opportunities alongside George Pickens with Diontae Johnson (hamstring ) on injured reserve.
