  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Won't play Sunday

Bateman (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Odell Beckham (ankle) was also ruled out for the contest, which sets the stage for Zay Flowers, Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay to lead the Ravens' receiver corps, with Laquon Treadwell a potential practice squad elevation, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. Bateman's next chance to see game action will come Oct. 8, when Baltimore faces Pittsburgh on the road.

  • Ravens' Odell Beckham: Ruled out Week 4

Beckham (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Beckham will miss his second straight game after he was unable to practice in any capacity during the week, which suggests he's far from a sure thing to make his return Week 5 against the Steelers. Fellow wide receiver Rashod Bateman (hamstring) will also miss Sunday's game, leaving Zay Flowers, Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay as the top three healthy options at the position.

  • Lions' Jameson Williams: Now eligible for Week 5

Williams is eligible to play as soon as Week 5 against Carolina after the NFL and NFLPA agreed Friday on a new policy for player gambling, Justin Rogers of The Detroit News reports.

The new policy increases punishments for betting on NFL games and decreases punishments for betting on other spots from team facilities. The league originally suspended Williams for the first six games of the season but will now allow him to come back after sitting out four weeks, potentially providing another boost to a Detroit passing game that's largely leaned on WRs Amon-Ra St. Brown and Josh Reynolds and TE Sam LaPorta. If Williams lives up to his first-round billing it'll be one of the league's best groups of pass catchers, with potential for RB Jahmyr Gibbs to give the Lions a fourth high-impact player at some point. On the other hand, Reynolds could maintain a degree of fantasy relevance if Williams struggles to earn snaps and/or targets.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Chiefs' Kadarius Toney: Avoids Week 4 injury report

Toney (toe) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Jets.

Toney logged a third consecutive limited practice Friday, but he did enough to avoid an injury designation heading into SNF. Toney has just 37 scrimmage yards on 11 targets and two carries through three games, so fantasy managers will likely need to see more productivity from the oft-injured receiver before they feel comfortable plugging him into lineups.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Will practice next week

Coach Sean McVay said Friday that Kupp (hamstring) will resume practicing next week, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

The return to practice will open a 21-day window in which the Rams can move Kupp back to the active roster before he reverts to injured reserve for the remainder of the season. He won't be listed on official injury reports until he's on the roster, but McVay did mention Wednesday that he hoped to get Kupp back on the field when first eligible Week 5 against the Eagles.

  • Ben Skowronek WR | PIT

Rams' Ben Skowronek: Questionable after limited practice

Skowronek (Achilles) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Skowronek practiced on a limited basis Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday, providing some hope that the receiver will be fit to take the field come Sunday. Even if Skowronek suits up, he's expected to play a minimal role, having been targeted just four times through three games.

  • Kyle Philips WR | LV

Titans' Kyle Philips: Expected to practice next week

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said Friday that he expects Philips (knee) to begin practicing next week, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Philips opened the season on injured reserve with an MCL injury but will be eligible to make his season debut in Week 5 against the Colts. The slot receiver isn't on fantasy radars outside of the deepest of formats, but once healthy, Philips could unseat Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for the No. 3 wideout role behind DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks (knee).

  • Chris Moore WR | WAS

Titans' Chris Moore: Could see more targets sans Burks

Moore is in line for a larger role Sunday against the Bengals with Treylon Burks (knee) ruled out, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Burks has filled the starting role opposite DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) through the Titans' first three games, but even though Hopkins is set to play through his own lingering injury, there should be more opportunities available for both Moore and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine with Burks out. Moore has drawn only five targets so far this season, but he's made the most of his limited opportunities, turning two of those five looks into gains of over 30 yards.

  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Ruled out this week

Burks (knee) won't play Sunday against the Bengals, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

With Burks unavailable, look for the Titans' Week 4 WR corps to be led by DeAndre Hopkins (ankle), Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore. Burks now will target a potential return to action Sunday, Oct. 8 against the Colts.

  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Not practicing Friday

Burks (knee) wasn't present for Friday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Burks was limited Wednesday and didn't practice Thursday, so the wideout's continued absence from Friday's session clouds his status for Sunday's game against the Bengals. Further context on that front will arrive once the Titans' final injury report of the week is posted, but if Burks is out or limited this weekend, added Week 4 opportunities alongside DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) would be available for Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore.
