Gabe Davis WR | BUF
Bills' Gabe Davis: Held catchless in loss
Davis failed to reel in either of his two targets in Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Bengals.
A week after recording season highs in both targets (12) and receptions (nine), Davis was held without a catch for the first time in 2023. His low volume on a night when Josh Allen attempted 38 passes is concerning, but Davis has seen five targets or fewer in six of nine games this year. With that said, he's always a threat to find the end zone, as he has amassed five touchdowns through those nine games. The 24-year-old's inconsistency makes him difficult to trust in fantasy, but he's proven that he can be a difference maker in Buffalo's high-powered offense. Davis will look to have a bounce-back performance when the Bills host the Broncos in Week 10.

Malik Taylor WR | DET
Malik Taylor: Going back to practice squad
Taylor reverted to the Jets' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
In his second appearance this season Monday, Taylor turned two targets into one catch for seven yards. Zach Wilson and the Jets' passing offense have been dreadful through eight games this season, so any Jets pass catcher not named Garrett Wilson has essentially been radioactive for the purposes of fantasy.

Tyjon Lindsey WR | SEA
Tyjon Lindsey: Cut by Seattle
The Seahawks released Lindsey from the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Oregon State spent the offseason with the Seahawks and much of the first two months of the season on the team's practice squad. He's yet to appear in a regular-season game.

Martavis Bryant WR | WAS
Martavis Bryant: Joins Cowboys' practice squad
Dallas signed Bryant to its practice squad Tuesday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Just three days after being reinstated from his indefinite suspension, Bryant has already found an opportunity with a new team. The Cowboys' receivers behind CeeDee Lamb have proven mostly unreliable so far this season, so it wouldn't be too surprising to see Bryant called up sooner rather than later.

Kristian Wilkerson WR | BUF
Kristian Wilkerson: Back with Las Vegas
The Raiders signed Wilkerson to their practice squad Tuesday.
Wilkerson was cut by the Raiders three days ago but is back on the practice squad. In two games with Vegas this season, Wilkerson played 42 offensive snaps and didn't draw a single target.
-
Trinity Benson WR | CLE
Trinity Benson: Joins Browns' practice squad
Cleveland signed Benson to its practice squad Tuesday.
Benson was cut by Detroit prior to Week 1 of this season, but he's found another opportunity with a new team ahead of Week 10. A season ago with the Lions, Benson was active for just one game, playing just 11 snaps.

James Proche WR | TEN
Browns' James Proche: Gets promotion to active roster
Cleveland signed Proche from its practice squad to its active roster Tuesday.
Proche played just six offensive snaps in his 2023 debut Sunday versus Arizona, but the Browns evidently saw enough of him as a punt returner (six returns, 55 yards) to bring him up on a full-time basis ahead of Week 10. In 2022 with Baltimore, Proche turned 17 targets into eight receptions for 62 yards.

Julio Jones WR | PHI
Eagles' Julio Jones: No catches in third game
Jones wasn't targeted a single time in Sunday's 28-23 win over the Cowboys.
Jones' 18 offensive snaps were right in line with his snap counts (16 and 15) from his first two games as an Eagle, which suggests the team may not be building him up toward a heavier workload. He totaled three targets and two catches (including one touchdown) in his first two games with Philadelphia but failed to make even a minor mark in Week 9.

Malik Taylor WR | DET
Jets' Malik Taylor: One catch in Week 9 loss
Taylor caught one of two targets for seven yards in Monday's 27-6 loss to the Chargers.
Taylor was elevated from the practice squad for a second consecutive game and saw more involvement than he did in Week 8 against the Giants. The target he didn't catch was a deep ball on which Taylor failed to locate the football. New York's lack of depth at wide receiver could lead to more opportunities for Taylor moving forward, but he's unlikely to move the needle in fantasy.
-
Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Eagles' Olamide Zaccheaus: One catch again
Zaccheaus caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's victory over the Cowboys.
Zaccheaus outsnapped fellow depth wideout Julio Jones by a 24-18 margin and had two targets to the veteran's zero, but even despite him keeping a firm grip on the third receiver job in Philadelphia, his fantasy value remains minimal. Zaccheaus is averaging less than one catch per game and has found the end zone just once all season.
