Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Feeling sick
Bateman missed Wednesday's practice with an illness.
Head coach John Harbaugh said Bateman may return to practice as soon as Thursday. Bateman will likely be fine for Sunday's game against the Rams, with Odell Beckham and Nelson Agholor being the top candidates for added playing time in the unlikely event the third-year wideout doesn't end up playing.

Jalen Camp WR | CLE
Jalen Camp: Gets chance with Carolina
Camp signed with the Panthers' practice squad Wednesday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Camp was most recently with the Steelers organization after not making the Texans roster out of training camp. The Georgia Tech product has appeared in five games combined between the last two seasons, all with Houston and has recorded one catch for seven yards.

Cam Sims WR | CAR
Cam Sims: Lands with Carolina
Sims signed with the Panthers' practice squad Wednesday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Sims has had difficulty sticking anywhere this season after spending the previous five years with Washington. After not making the Raiders' roster out of camp, the Alabama product has spent time with the Giants and Eagles, and will now work to make the most of his chance in Carolina.

Ihmir Smith-Marsette WR | ARI
Panthers' Ihmir Smith-Marsette: Logs season-high 12 snaps
Smith-Marsette played 12 of the Panthers' 72 snaps on offense and went without a target in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Buccaneers.
Since being acquired from the Chiefs shortly before Week 1, Smith-Marsette has suited up in all 12 of the Panthers' games while serving as the team's top punt returner. Though most of the value he provides to Carolina comes through his contributions on special teams, Smith-Marsette has started to see a slight uptick in playing time on offense at receiver while the Panthers have made Terrace Marshall a healthy inactive the past three weeks. The 12 snaps Smith-Marsette picked up Sunday represented a season-high total.

Amari Cooper WR | LV
Browns' Amari Cooper: Not practicing
Cooper (concussion) won't practice Wednesday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Cooper is unsurprisingly a spectator for the Browns' first Week 14 practice session after he was confirmed to have suffered a concussion during this past Sunday's loss to the Rams. Players typically miss at least a week after suffering concussions, though Saints wideout Chris Olave managed to avoid that fate just this past week, as have a few other players this season. After Cooper left in the second quarter of the loss to Los Angeles, Eljiah Moore (four catches for 83 yards on 12 targets) stepped up as the top option in the passing game for Cleveland.

Ronnie Bell WR | NO
49ers' Ronnie Bell: Role on offense declining
Bell played seven of the 49ers' 59 snaps on offense and wasn't targeted in Sunday's 42-19 win over the Eagles.
Since recording two catches for 24 yards and a touchdown in a Week 3 win over the Giants, Bell has seen his playing time and role in the passing game steadily taper off. He's received double-digit snaps in just two of his last nine appearances and has just two receptions for 27 yards on three targets during that stretch.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Could play more this week
Head coach Mike Vrabel said Wednesday that he hopes to get more snaps for Burks in Monday's game against the Dolphins, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
After missing three games with a concussion, Burks returned to action for Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to Indianapolis, finishing without a target on nine snaps. Burks might take playing time away from fellow wide receivers Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore down the stretch, though Vrabel stopped short of saying that's definitely what will happen. The 2022 first-round pick has missed 12 of a possible 29 games in his career, averaging 2.4 catches for 33.3 yards with just one touchdown in 17 appearances.
-
Miles Boykin WR | CHI
Steelers' Miles Boykin: No targets in Week 13 loss
Boykin played 12 of the Steelers' 61 snaps on offense and went without a target in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Cardinals.
Boykin went without a target for the fourth consecutive contest and will likely continue to see minimal involvement in the Pittsburgh passing game so long as fellow wideouts Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, Allen Robinson and Calvin Austin are all available.
-
Britain Covey WR | PHI
Eagles' Britain Covey: Stuck in special-teams role
Covey played all three of his snaps on special teams in Sunday's 42-19 loss to the 49ers.
Covey's standing as the team's top punt returner rather than his contributions as a receiver have enabled him to be active for all 12 of the Eagles' games this season. The Utah product has yet to draw a target over 39 career snaps on offense through 29 games over his first two seasons in the league.

Irvin Charles WR | SEA
Jets' Irvin Charles: Limited to special teams
Charles played all 23 of his snaps on special teams in Sunday's 13-8 loss to the Falcons.
Though he was active ahead of Randall Cobb as the Jets' No. 5 receiver, Charles was relegated exclusively to a special-teams role while Garrett Wilson, Xavier Gipson, Jason Brownlee (ankle) and Allen Lazard handled all the available wideout snaps. Even if the injury Brownlee sustained forces him to miss this Sunday's game against the Texans, Cobb -- if active -- may get the nod over Charles as the No. 4 option at receiver.
