  • Marquez Callaway: Back to practice squad

Callaway reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction report.

Callaway was elevated to New Orleans' practice squad for the third straight game in Week 15 against the Giants. He ultimately saw 12 offensive snaps (21 percent) but failed to draw any targets. The pass catcher will now return to work with the practice squad and await a new opportunity.

  • Trishton Jackson: Back to practice squad

Jackson reverted to the Vikings' practice squad Monday.

Jackson was elevated to the active roster for Saturday's loss to the Bengals, failing to record a stat over five special-teams snaps. If Jalen Nailor (concussion) is unable to go in Week 16 versus the Lions, Jackson could be active once again.

  • Lions' Donovan Peoples-Jones: Makes catch in limited role

Peoples-Jones caught one pass for five yards during Saturday's win over the Broncos.

Logging 16 percent of the offensive snaps, Peoples-Jones is not even remotely close to possessing the near-ever-down role he had in Cleveland to start the year. With Jameson Williams' role increasing as he starts to operate as the No. 2 receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown, the only path for Peoples-Jones enjoying additional opportunity seems to be if Detroit wants to decrease Josh Reynolds' role even more than in recent weeks. Given Reynolds' recent production and history with quarterback Jared Goff, it seems unlikely that will happen anytime soon.

  • Tyler Johnson WR | DAL

Tyler Johnson: Returns to practice squad

Johnson reverted to the Rams' practice squad Monday.

Johnson was active, but he didn't play in Sunday's win over the Commanders. The wide receiver has yet to appear in a game this season and will now wait for his next shot to be elevated from the practice unit.

  • Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN

Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Expected to miss time

Chase (shoulder) is expected to miss the Bengals' Week 16 matchup with the Steelers and potentially more time beyond that, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Chase suffered an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder during Saturday's 27-24 overtime win over the Vikings. While he has not officially been ruled out for Week 16, that is the expectation. Should the star pass catcher indeed sit out, Tee Higgins would slide into the No. 1 receiver role with Tyler Boyd as the second option for quarterback Jake Browning.

  • Steven Sims WR | ARI

Steven Sims: Returns to practice squad

Sims reverted to the Texans' practice squad Monday.

Sims was elevated to the active roster ahead of the team's Week 15 overtime win over the Titans, operating mostly as a special-teams option. He turned three kick returns into 71 yards while also returning two punts for 33 yards. Sims also played seven offensive snaps, catching one pass for no gain and gaining a yard on his only carry. The wide receiver's biggest impact may have come when he recovered a fumble by quarterback Case Keenum. Sims could be asked to return to the active roster again in Week 16 if Nico Collins (calf) is unavailable versus the Browns.

  • Ethan Fernea WR | IND

Ethan Fernea: Reverts to practice squad

Fernea reverted to Indianapolis' practice squad Monday.

Fernea was called up for the first time since signing with the team earlier in December and played seven snaps on special teams during the team's loss to the Steelers on Saturday. However, the 25-year-old failed to record any stats and will now wait for another opportunity to be elevated.

  • Bo Melton CB | GB

Bo Melton: Returns to practice squad

Melton reverted to Green Bay's practice squad Monday.

Melton saw playing time on both offense and special teams during Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay and caught one of his two targets for seven yards. The 24-year-old could be in line to play again next week, as Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (toe) are both dealing with injuries.

  • Kalif Raymond WR | CHI

Lions' Kalif Raymond: One catch against Broncos

Raymond secured his only target for 12 yards during Saturday's win over the Broncos.

Raymond again logged less than a third of the offensive snaps while remaining the primary option on punt returns. The rotational deep threat will remain off the fantasy radar in most formats entering a Week 16 showdown with the Vikings.

  • Justyn Ross WR | KC

Chiefs' Justyn Ross: Back from exempt list

Ross had his roster exemption lifted by the Chiefs on Monday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.

Ross will return to the active roster, replacing Skyy Moore (knee) as the team's sixth wide receiver after Moore was placed on injured reserve Monday. Ross last appeared in a game in Week 7 versus the Chargers and has reeled in three passes for 34 yards over seven contests in 2023.
