  • Zay Jones WR | ARI

Jaguars' Zay Jones: Won't play Sunday

Jones (hamstring/knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

After not practicing Wednesday and Thursday, Jones was able to practice in a limited fashion Friday, while approaching Sunday's contest listed as questionable. However, now that he's been deemed inactive versus Tampa Bay, fellow WRs Calvin Ridley and Parker Washington along with TE Evan Engram figure to lead the Jaguars' Week 16 pass-catching corps, with Jamal Agnew, Tim Jones and Elijah Cooks also in the mix. Jones will target a potential return to action Dec. 31 against the Panthers.

  • Jordan Addison WR | MIN

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Suffers ankle injury Sunday

Addison exited Sunday's game against the Lions due to an ankle injury, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Addison visited the sideline tent after quarterback Nick Mullens' second interception of the game, when the rookie was the intended receiver. If Addison is unable to return, he'll finish Week 16 with one catch (on four targets) for two yards. K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell are poised for more work alongside Justin Jefferson during Addison's absence.

  • Isaiah Hodgins WR | NYG

Giants' Isaiah Hodgins: Falls ill, iffy to play Monday

The Giants added Hodgins to their Week 16 injury report and list him as questionable for Monday's game against the Eagles due to an illness, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Hodgins will look to rest up and recover from the ailment Sunday before the Giants reassess Monday whether he'll be in condition to play against the Eagles. The 25-year-old receiver ended the 2022 campaign as a starter for the Giants, but he's dropped a couple rungs down the depth chart in 2023 and has been limited to 17 catches for 176 yards and three touchdowns on 28 targets through New York's first 14 games of the season.

  • Randall Cobb WR | NYJ

Jets' Randall Cobb: Not playing Week 16

Cobb (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest versus Washington.

Cobb didn't catch a pass last week against Miami and has had a very minimal role in the Jets' offense this season, totaling just four catches on 16 targets for 35 yards and a touchdown over nine games. He's been inactive as a coach's decision on multiple occasions, so his benching Sunday doesn't come as a surprise. Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Xavier Gipson, Jason Brownlee and Irvin Charles will be the wideouts available to Trevor Siemian, who is filling in for Zach Wilson (concussion), in the contest.

  • Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Not suiting up

Marshall (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Packers.

Marshall will be a healthy scratch for the sixth straight week as the Panthers will choose to dress just four wide receivers for Week 16. The LSU product has 18 catches on 32 targets for 134 yards in his eight games with the Panthers this season.

  • Mike Strachan WR | WAS

Panthers' Mike Strachan: Healthy scratch Sunday

Strachan (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Packers.

Strachan will be a healthy scratch for the second straight week as the Panthers will choose to dress just four wide receivers for Week 16. The Charleston product has just one catch on three targets for 45 yards in his four games with the Panthers this season.

  • Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Suiting up in Week 16

Wicks (ankle) is active for Sunday's contest at Carolina, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Wicks came out of the Packers' Week 14 loss at the Giants with an ankle injury, and while he's operated with practice restrictions the last two weeks, he's also been able to play through the pain. During last Sunday's defeat to the Buccaneers, the rookie fifth-round pick turned a career-high 78 percent snap share into six catches (on seven targets) for 97 yards. With Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (toe/chest) both sidelined, Wicks and Romeo Doubs are the best bets among Green Bay wide receivers to produce Week 16.

  • Jayden Reed WR | GB

Packers' Jayden Reed: Sitting out in Week 16

Reed (toe/chest) is listed as inactive Sunday at Carolina, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Reed has been banged up the last five weeks with a variety of injuries, with a toe issue not allowing him to practice during Week 16 prep. Despite carrying a questionable designation into the weekend, he'll join fellow wide receiver Christian Watson (hamstring) in street clothes Sunday. The Packers thus will roll with Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks (ankle), Malik Heath, Samori Toure and Bo Melton at the position.

  • Commanders' Mitchell Tinsley: Won't play Week 16

Tinsley (coach's decision) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets.

The 24-year-old wideout has only appeared in one game for the Commanders this year, so it's no surprise that he'll be a healthy scratch Sunday. Tinsley's lone appearance came back in Week 2, when he played a total of three snaps (all on offense).

  • Nico Collins WR | HOU

Texans' Nico Collins: Suiting up Sunday

Collins (calf) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Collins, who was inactive for last weekend's 19-16 overtime win over the Titans, was listed as questionable for the contest after logging limited practices Wednesday through Friday. With his Sunday availability confirmed, Collins will have an opportunity to step back into a key role in the Texans' Week 16 wideout corps, though he'll be in line to catch passes from Case Keenum, with C.J. Stroud sidelined for a second straight game due to a concussion. Per Kimberley A. Martin of ESPN, coach DeMeco Ryans indicated that Collins won't face any limitations in his return to action following his one-game absence. In 12 games to date, Collins has made his mark by recording a 60/1,004/6 receiving line on 86 targets, a pace that has kept him firmly on the fantasy lineup radar when available.
