Equanimeous St. Brown WR | SF
Equanimeous St. Brown: Doesn't make Saints' 53-man roster
The Saints released St. Brown on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
St. Brown missed the first half of training camp due to a hamstring injury. He was able to suit up for the Saints' last two preseason games, and against the Titans on Sunday, he caught three passes on four targets for 40 yards and one touchdown. St. Brown should receive plenty of interest from teams in need of wide receiver depth, and the 2018 sixth-round pick could be on an NFL roster before Week 1.

The Panthers waived Strachan on Tuesday.

Brycen Tremayne WR | CAR
Brycen Tremayne: Doesn't survive roster cuts
Tremayne was waived by the Commanders on Tuesday, Sam Fortier of The Washington Post reports.
Tremayne spent last season on Washington's practice squad, before inking a new reserve/future contract with the team in January. He's a likely candidate to be a part of the team's practice squad again in 2024, assuming he doesn't find a 53-man roster spot elsewhere.

Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA
Saints' Rashid Shaheed: Should be fine for Week 1
The Saints expect Shaheed (toe) to be ready for Week 1 against Carolina, Brandon Thomas of New Orleans Football Network reports.
Shaheed missed most of training camp and the preseason, first dealing with a hamstring injury and now a toe issue. He excelled as a return specialist and deep threat during his first two NFL seasons, but his role may be different under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, especially because the Saints lack wideout talent behind No. 1 receiver Chris Olave. Possibilities for 2024 include Shaheed getting more short/intermediate targets and/or fewer touches on special teams.

The 26-year-old wideout was injured in a Aug. 15 practice. He's yet to appear in a regular-season NFL game after spending 2023 on Minnesota's practice squad, where he's a candidate to return ahead of the coming campaign.
-

Easop Winston: Let go by Seattle
The Seahawks waived Winston on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Winston has been toggling between the Seahawks' practice squad and active roster for the better part of the last two years. Now 27, Winston has one career catch across four regular-season games. He saw 63 offensive snaps this preseason, logging an 8-98-1 receiving line.
