Injured defensive back Dimitri Patterson (groin) and center Mike Pouncey (illness) headline the Dolphins' inactives list for Week 12, unveiled prior to kickoff against the Panthers Sunday.

Offensive lineman Jonathan Martin, running back Mike Gillislee, quarterback Pat Devlin, guard Danny Watkins and defensive lineman Isaako Aaitui were also scratched for the game. 

The Panthers inactive list was released with little suspense in Week 12 against the Dolphins, as three injured players were already ruled out for kickoff. Tight end Ben Hartsock (knee), defensive lineman Charles Johnson (knee) and linebacker Chase Blackburn (foot) headline the inactive list for Sunday.

The Panthers also ruled running back Kenjon Barner, wide receivers Tavarres King and Marvin McNutt, and guard Chris Scott were also inactive. 

Coming off a Week 11 bye, Rams running back Daryl Richardson is inactive for Week 12 against Chicago even though he wasn't listed on Friday's injury report. He was also a healthy scratch for Week 10. He missed Week 9 as well, but he was dealing with a foot injury at the time.

Richardson had eight carries for 39 yards when he last played in Week 8, but he hasn't had double-digit carries since Week 5.

Vikings defensive end Jared Allen (back), running back Matt Asiata (shoulder), tight end Rhett Ellison (ankle), defensive tackle Fred Evans (knee, shoulder), linebacker Chad Greenway (wrist), defensive tackle Letroy Guion (chest), linebacker Michael Mauti (knee), defensive end Brian Robison (neck) and center John Sullivan (concussion) were all cleared to play Week 12 at Green Bay. Everyone was listed as probable except Mauti, Robison and Sullivan, who were questionable.

Chargers running back Ryan Mathews is active Week 12 against the Chiefs.

Mathews is dealing with a hamstring injury, but was a full participant in practice this week. He was listed as probable entering the game. 

Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas (ribs) is active, as expected, for Week 12 against the Panthers Sunday. Thomas was listed on the injury report as probable for the game.

The Colts running back situation hasn't worked out quite like the team hoped, but that doesn't mean big changes are in store. Offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton told ESPN.com Saturday he doesn't think he will change the team's rotation in the backfield, with Trent Richardson remaining the starter and Donald Brown working in as a change-of-pace back.

"We don't plan on changing our rotation with our backs," Hamilton said. "We've always been a running back by committee bunch, so we're going to continue to do that."

Richardson remains the starter, but was badly overshadowed in the team's last game against the Titans in Week 11. Brown carried the ball 14 times for 80 yards, while Richardson managed just 22 yards on eight carries.

The one mitigating factor for the Colts might be if Richardson's calf forces him into a smaller-than-expected role in Week 12 against the Cardinals. Richardson is officially questionable for Sunday's game with a calf injury. 

Two Chargers starters have been designated as questionable for the game Sunday in Kansas City. They are wide receiver Eddie Royal (toe) and cornerback Johnny Patrick (concussion).

Royal did not participate in any practice this week, but the same held true the previous three weeks and he was active for every game.

The probables for the Chargers are safety Jahleel Addae (ankle), wide receivers Vincent Brown (shoulder) and Keenan Allen (knee), defensive end Lawrence Guy (toe), center Nick Hardwick (neck), running back Ryan Mathews (hamstring) and linebacker Manti Te'o (elbow).

The Patriots placed 12 players on their Friday injury report, but only tight end Michael Hoomanawanui (knee) has been ruled out. The others have a strong chance at playing Sunday night against Denver.

The questionables are cornerbacks Kyle Arrington (groin) and Alfonzo Dennard (knee), safety Steve Gregory (finger), cornerback Aqib Talib (hip) and running back Leon Washington (ankle).

Among the probables are wide receiver Matthew Slater (wrist), linebacker Brandon Spikes (knee) and running back Shane Vereen (wrist).

Three Raiders starters have been scratched from the game Sunday against Tennessee, but none are a surprise. Running back Darren McFadden (hamstring), wideout Denarius Moore (shoulder) and Jason Hunter (foot) will not play.
