  • Chargers' Omarion Hampton: Shines against Giants

Hampton carried the ball 12 times for 128 yards and a touchdown and caught all five of his targets for 37 yards in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Giants.

The rookie running back capped his huge performance with a 54-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter as the Chargers tried to mount a comeback. Hampton has erupted for 294 yards from scrimmage and two TDs over the last two games as he takes over as the Chargers' unquestioned lead back in the absence of Najee Harris (Achilles), and he could be poised for big numbers once again Week 5 against a Commanders defense that just got steamrolled for 181 combined yards and a score by the Falcons' Bijan Robinson.

  • Tyler Goodson RB | ATL

Colts' Tyler Goodson: Won't return versus Rams

Goodson (groin) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Rams.

Jonathan Taylor and DJ Giddens will be the Colts' two backfield options for the rest of Sunday's game, although Goodson's involvement in the offense has been minimal so far in 2025.

  • Chiefs' Elijah Mitchell: Healthy scratch for Week 4

Mitchell (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.

Mitchell will be a healthy scratch for a fourth consecutive game, and his next chance to make his 2025 regular-season debut comes Week 5 against the Jaguars on Monday, Oct. 6. Isiah Pacheco, Kareem Hunt and rookie seventh-rounder Brashard Smith will be Kansas City's three active running backs for Sunday's contest.

  • Tyler Goodson RB | ATL

Colts' Tyler Goodson: Exits game due to groin injury

Goodson is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Rams due to a groin injury, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Goodson will continue to be evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's contest. DJ Giddens will be the lone backup running back behind Jonathan Taylor if Goodson is not cleared to return.

  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Won't play vs. Miami

Nwangwu (hamstring) has been downgraded from doubtful to out for Monday's game against the Dolphins.

Nwangwu was a long shot to play in Monday's contest after drawing the doubtful tag, and he will indeed miss a third consecutive game due to a hamstring injury that he sustained in Week 1 against the Steelers. Isaiah Davis will continue to operate as the Jets' top return option on kickoffs in Nwangwu's absence.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Logs moderate outing Week 4

Kamara tallied 15 rushes for 70 yards and gathered in four of five targets for two yards during Sunday's 31-19 loss against the Bills.

Kamara had his second-most productive rushing output of the season and averaged over 4.2 yards per carry for the second time this year. The 30-year-old had been shouldering the bulk of the rushing workload with 50 of the team's 79 carries over the first three games, but RB2 Kendre Miller closed the gap with a season-high 11 rushing attempts for 65 yards Sunday. This may have been part of the Saints' offensive gameplan, as the team logged more rushing attempts (34) than passing attempts (28) for the first time this season. Kamara will look to record his first 100-yard rushing performance of the season next week, facing a Giants defense that's allowed a league-worst 6.1 yards per carry through four weeks.

  • Bucky Irving RB | TB

Buccaneers' Bucky Irving: Tallies 165 total yards in loss

Irving rushed 15 times for 63 yards and brought in all five targets for 102 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 31-25 loss to the Eagles on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Irving finished as the Buccaneers' leader in both rushing and receiving yards, the latter largely the result of his impressive 72-yard catch-and-run touchdown down the left sideline on a broken play late in the third quarter. Game script capped Irving's opportunities as a runner somewhat throughout the afternoon, but he still cleared the 60-yard mark on the ground for the third consecutive contest. Irving has no less than four receptions in any contest as well, giving him an outstanding fantasy floor in virtually any scenario heading into a tough Week 5 road trip to Seattle next Sunday afternoon.

  • James Cook RB | BUF

Bills' James Cook: Eclipses century mark in win

Cook rushed 22 times for 117 yards and a touchdown while bringing in three of four targets for 18 yards in the Bills' 31-19 win over the Saints on Sunday.

The Bills arguably underperformed most of the afternoon given their status as significant home favorites, but Cook's play didn't disappoint. The speedy back was over the 100-yard mark on the ground for the third straight game, and he extended his season-opening streak of rushing touchdowns to four games with a one-yard scoring run late in the first quarter. Cook is averaging 5.4 yards per carry overall, even when factoring in an average of 3.4 yards per tote Week 1 against the Ravens. The versatile fourth-year pro also has multiple catches in three of the first four games heading into a Week 5 AFC East home showdown against the Patriots next Sunday night.

  • Tyler Allgeier RB | ARI

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Hits paydirt against Washington

Allgeier carried the ball 16 times for 51 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-27 win over the Commanders.

Bijan Robinson had a massive day with 21 touches, a career-high 181 scrimmage yards and a rushing TD of his own, but Allgeier still made an impact with a 15-yard score late in the third quarter. It was the fourth-year RB's second touchdown of the season, and despite his backup role he's been able to carve out some fantasy value behind Robinson, turning 41 carries through four weeks into 155 rushing yards. The Falcons will be on bye in Week 5, but Allgeier's volume in Week 6 could depend on whether the team can keep things close against the Bills.

  • Bijan Robinson RB | ATL

Falcons' Bijan Robinson: Career-best yardage in Week 4 win

Robinson carried the ball 17 times for 75 yards and a touchdown and caught four of five targets for 106 yards in Sunday's 34-27 win over the Commanders.

The 181 scrimmage yards were a career high for Robinson, as he hit the century mark in receiving yards for the second time in four games to begin the season. The third-year RB scored on a 14-yard run in the second quarter, his first TD on the ground in 2025, and he's topped 100 combined yards in every game so far. Robinson has amassed 314 rushing yards and 274 receiving yards through four weeks, earning a well-deserved rest during Atlanta's Week 5 bye before facing the Bills in Week 6.
