Elliott tallied 21 carries for 85 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 35-30 defeat to the Rams. Moreover, he tacked on four catches (on five targets) for 54 yards and another touchdown.

An eight-yard stinker aside in Week 2, Elliott has been given at least 20 carries in each of the Cowboys' other outings, surpassing 80 yards on all three occasions. The contribution on the ground was supplemented by season bests in TD count and receiving yards. Unfortunately for his owners, Elliott was unable to extend the team's final possession, as his nine-yard reception with 36 seconds remaining came up one yard short of obtaining a new set of downs. With the Packers' 18th-ranked run defense (111 yards per game) on tap in Week 5, he'll be seeking his second performance of 100-plus rushing yards in the current campaign.

West lost seven yards on four carries during Sunday's 26-9 loss to the Steelers. He was not targeted in the passing game.

West actually broke off a long run of five yards but was stifled behind the line on multiple occasions to finish with perhaps the worst performance of his career. Meanwhile, Alex Collins gained 82 yards on nine carries and Buck Allen received six targets in the passing game, illustrating how the backfield duties could be distributed moving forward. West's role is diminishing by the game, making it tough to place any sort of trust in him for next week's road game against the Raiders.

Henry ran for seven yards on six carries in Sunday's 57-14 loss to Houston.

Tennessee's goal each week is to play smash-mouth football with Henry, DeMarco Murray and Marcus Mariota. That said, the offense couldn't remain that way down multiple scores in the second quarter Sunday. Henry has divided touches fairly evenly with Murray thus far this season (48 to 40 in favor of Murray). Expect them both to get more work if Matt Cassel is forced into a few starts in place of Mariota, who is dealing with a hamstring injury.

Foreman rushed for 45 yards on 13 carries in Sunday's 57-14 win over Tennessee.

The performance was the best yet for the rookie back, but it was likely a product of Houston's healthy lead. Nine of Foreman's carries came in the third quarter with the Texans up multiple scores. A big power back, Foreman is an excellent complement for the speedy Lamar Miller, and he's made a few big plays himself thus far this season. However, don't expect him to top more than 10 or 12 touches on a week-to-week basis.

Cook (left knee) needed crutches to leave the locker room after Sunday's 14-7 loss to the Lions, Tom Pelissero of NFL.com reports. "We're concerned about his ACL, but he's going to get a MRI in the morning," head coach Mike Zimmer said.

Cook went down early in the third quarter with a non-contact knee injury, which typically indicates ligament damage of some type. Clearly, a tear of his ACL would be accompanied by a lengthy absence, but Monday's examination will impart the severity of the ailment. If he requires time away from the field, Latavius Murray (seven carries for 21 yards and two receptions for eight yards Sunday) and Jerick McKinnon (no yards on two rushes) would combine to keep the Vikings' ground game afloat.

Gillislee carried 12 times for 49 yards in Sunday's 33-30 loss to the Panthers.

After scoring three TDs in Week 1 and one in Week 2, Gillislee has logged back-to-back 12-carry efforts without finding the end zone. He's not much of a factor in the Patriots' passing game, so he'll head into Week 5's contest against the Buccaneers on Thursday as a TD-dependent fantasy option.

Cook has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Lions due to a knee injury.

On the first play of the Vikings' second possession after halftime, Cook galloped for 10 yards before going down with a non-contact injury to his left knee, per Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com. Cook immediately grabbed at his knee but was able to walk to the locker room under his own power. While the Vikings will surely touch on Cook's health in the aftermath of the game, Jerick McKinnon and Latavius Murray will head the backfield Sunday and perhaps beyond.

Gordon (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Gordon, who the Chargers listed as a full practice participant Friday, will suit up Sunday, as expected. In the process, he'll take aim at an Eagles defense that has held opponents to an average of 75 rushing yards per game to date.

Kamara rushed five times for 25 yards and brought in all 10 of his targets for 71 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-0 win over the Dolphins in London. He also totaled 23 yards on his sole kickoff return.

After a trio of serviceable performances to start his career, Kamara's Week 4 tally could be considered a breakout effort, considering his reception total paced the Saints. The 22-year-old rookie was a trusted outlet option for QB Drew Brees throughout the afternoon and then capped off the scoring on the day with a 12-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter. Kamara's usage in the passing game is naturally an encouraging development for fantasy owners, one that he'll look to uphold when the Saints take on the Lions in Week 6 following a Week 5 bye.

Artis-Payne is listed as active Sunday in New England, Joe Person of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Artis-Payne will be available on game day for the first time this season. With all four running backs on the 53-man roster active, though, it remains to be seen exactly how he'll be utilized. More than likely, Artis-Payne is slated for special-teams duty.
