Marlon Mack RB | ARI
Colts' Marlon Mack: Picks up 101 yards, score
Mack ran for 95 yards on 16 carries and added six yards on two catches during Sunday's 38-6 win over the Panthers.
Mack had a rough time of it in Weeks 14 and 15, but he rebounded in a big way against Carolina's poor run defense. He plunged for a two-yard touchdown in the second quarter and helped run out the game with a 30-yard rumble in the fourth quarter. Mack has run hot and cold this season, but he has an opportunity to end the season on a high note. The Colts wrap up versus the Jaguars on Sunday, against whom Mack ran for 109 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries in Week 11. His 7.8 yards per carry during that game stands as Mack's highest since Week 6 of the 2017 season.

Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Effective after Ingram's injury
Edwards rushed 12 times for 66 yards and caught his lone target for seven yards in Sunday's 31-15 win over the Browns.
Edwards took over as the lead back after Mark Ingram exited with a second-half calf injury. While Edwards got 12 carries to Justice Hill's three, it was Hill who scored Baltimore's lone touchdown after Ingram's exit on an 18-yard run. Even if Ingram's injury doesn't prove serious, he'll likely sit out against the Steelers in Week 17 with Baltimore having locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC, but it's unclear whether coach John Harbaugh will opt to hand Edwards a workhorse role or limit his touches to keep him fresh for the postseason.

Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Dolphins' Myles Gaskin: Done for day
Gaskin (ankle) is out for the remainder of the game against the Bengals, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Gaskin was carted off the field after suffering a left ankle injury. That could mean more reps for De'Lance Turner in the closing minutes of the contest.

Wes Hills RB | ARI
Lions' Wes Hills: Healthy scratch Sunday
Hills (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos,.
Hills made his NFL debut in Week 15 against the Buccaneers, rushing 10 times for 21 yards and two scores. The pair of touchdowns made it a productive debut, but he was inefficient on a per-touch basis overall. With Kerryon Johnson (knee) back in the lineup, Hills' services won't be needed against the Broncos.

Joe Mixon RB | HOU
Bengals' Joe Mixon: Under the weather, playing Sunday
Mixon, who's been dealing with a stomach bug since Saturday, is active and was present for warmups prior to Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Contipelli previously noted "keep an eye on (Mixon's) workload" Sunday, but the running back's stomach issue won't prevent him from giving it a go against the Dolphins. It remains to be seen, however, how much, if at all, his Week 16 workload might be impacted.

Joe Mixon RB | HOU
Bengals' Joe Mixon: Dealing with stomach bug
Mixon, who was limited by a calf issue Thursday and then practiced fully Friday, is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, but he's been dealing with a stomach bug since Saturday, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Per Contipelli, "keep an eye on (Mixon's) workload - (it's) not yet known how much he will play" Sunday. If Mixon ends up limited at all versus Miami, added work would be on tap for Giovani Bernard.

Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Titans' Derrick Henry: Sitting Sunday, likely back in Week 17
Henry (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
With Henry out, Dion Lewis is expected to head the Titans' Week 16 rushing attack, with Khari Blasingame and Dalyn Dawkins on hand to work in complementary roles. Fortunately for the Titans, Henry's absence isn't expected to extend beyond Sunday, as the team anticipates having their top back available for a crucial matchup with the Texans in Week 17, per Dan Graziano of ESPN.com.

Alexander Mattison RB | MIA
Vikings' Alexander Mattison: Viewed as game-time call
Mattison (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Monday's matchup with the Packers, is viewed as a game-time decision, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Given that Mattison has managed just one limited practice over the past two weeks while tending to the ankle injury, the Vikings appear inclined to wait and see how the rookie checks out during a workout Monday before rendering a verdict on his status. Since Mattison's availability (or lack thereof) isn't expected to be known until a few hours before Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, he'll be a risky option for fantasy lineups, given that his managers would likely have few alternatives to turn to in the event he's inactive for Week 16. Given that the Vikings have already secured a wild-card spot in addition to the fact that Green Bay can still take home the NFC North crown with a Week 17 win over the reeling 3-10-1 Lions, Adam Schefter of ESPN speculates that Minnesota will likely take a conservative approach with Mattison and hold him out for a second straight game. If that's the case, Mike Boone would likely headline a Week 16 Vikings backfield that will be missing Dalvin Cook (chest), who has already been ruled out.

Mike Boone RB | MIA
Vikings' Mike Boone: Still trending toward Week 16 start
Boone is expected to serve as the Vikings' lead back Monday against the Packers with Dalvin Cook (chest) ruled out for the contest and Alexander Mattison (ankle) listed as questionable, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Though the questionable tag implies Mattison is a 50-50 proposition for Monday, the rookie has turned in only one limited practice since injuring his ankle in the Week 14 win over Detroit. Given that the Vikings have now clinched a playoff spot following the Rams' loss to the 49ers on Saturday, Schefter posits that Minnesota won't take any chances with either of its top two backs on the depth chart in Week 16, even with the division title still at stake. As such, Boone will likely step in as the Vikings' primary ball carrier against Green Bay, just as the Cincinnati product did while Mattison was out and while Cook exited early in last week's win over the Chargers. The second-year player was impressive in his most extensive NFL action to date, carrying 13 times for 56 yards and two touchdowns but drawing no targets. Boone was never much of a receiving threat during his college days, so the Vikings may turn to Ameer Abdullah as their primary back on passing downs Monday.
