Mostert carried 16 times for 43 yards and a touchdown while catching both his targets for one additional yard during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Rams. He also lost a fumble.

Making his first appearance since mid-October, Mostert got his team on the board with an eight-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter. He averaged just 2.7 yards per carry and hardly made an impact as a receiver, but it was still a respectable performance all things considered. Meanwhile, Jeff Wilson Jr. and Jerick McKinnon combined for 75 yards on 17 touches, though neither player was particularly effective. Assuming he didn't suffer any nagging effects of his ankle injury, Mostert could be in line to make a bigger impact next Monday night against the Bills.

Freeman registered 50 rushing yards on eight carries during Sunday's 31-3 loss to New Orleans.

With quarterbacks Drew Lock, Brett Rypien and Jeff Driskel all unavailable because of COVID-19 concerns, Freeman entered Sunday's contest as the Broncos' No. 2 QB behind Kendall Hinton. Freeman was not asked to throw a pass during the game, though he did line up in the wildcat formation on a handful of occasions. His eight rush attempts versus New Orleans tied a season high, and he could remain the team's No. 2 running back Week 13 against Kansas City after Phillip Lindsay suffered a knee injury during Sunday's loss.

Wilkins carried the ball six times for 22 yards in Week 12 against the Titans. He added three receptions for 35 yards.

Wilkins worked as a complement to Nyheim Hines but was out-touched 18-9 in the absence of Jonathan Taylor (illness). Game script likely had a lot do with that, as the Colts battled from three scores down for the entirety of the second half. A rib injury briefly forced Wilkins out of the game, but he was able to re-enter the contest, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reported. Even so, Wilkins performed admirably as a receiver, logging a 21-yard reception early in the first quarter. He could see more work in a Week 13 matchup against the Texans if Taylor remains sidelined.

Edwards-Helaire rushed 11 times for 37 yards and brought in his only target for two yards in the Chiefs' 27-24 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

The rookie had the unenviable task of facing a Buccaneers defense that was allowing a minuscule 2.9 yards per carry to running backs coming in, and all things considered, he did a serviceable job with the opportunities he was given. Edwards-Helaire's elusiveness and vision came in handy on a couple of runs in particular, but running plays just seemed like an occasional formality for Kansas City on a day when Patrick Mahomes rather easily racked up 462 passing yards. Edwards-Helaire will look for more overall opportunities in a Week 13 Sunday night divisional battle against a Broncos defense that gave up a total of 229 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns to the Saints in Week 12.

Gordon registered 31 rushing yards on 12 carries during Sunday's 31-3 loss to New Orleans.

Gordon was running into stacked boxes throughout the afternoon, as recent practice squad addition Kendall Hinton posed virtually no threat as a passer with one completion all game. Gordon took a handful of snaps from the wildcat formation, but he was held to just 2.6 yards per carry in the contest, also finishing without a reception for a third consecutive game. Denver's offense could look more formidable Week 13 for a road trip to Arrowhead Stadium if Drew Lock is activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Kansas City's rush defense has been susceptible, ranking 27th on the season, but Denver may be forced into a pass-heavy game script if trailing in the second half.

Jones rushed nine times for 66 yards and secured one of two targets for a 37-yard touchdown in the Buccaneers' 27-24 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.

Jones' fantasy day was made by a 30-yard-plus play apiece on the ground and through the air. The latter resulted in the Buccaneers' first touchdown of the afternoon and qualified as the first receiving score of Jones' career. The third-year back's rushing tally was a welcome boost from the 24 yards he'd mustered in Week 11 against the Rams, and while his overall workload Sunday still left plenty to be desired, Jones' fantasy managers will hope for a game script conducive to more volume in a Week 14 matchup against the Vikings after the Buccaneers' Week 13 bye.

Murray registered 124 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries, adding one reception for two yards during Sunday's 31-3 win against the Broncos. He also fumbled once, but the loose ball was recovered by teammate James Hurst.

With a season-high 20 offensive touches Week 12, Murray has now carved out double-digit carries in three of his past four outings. Touchdowns have been coming in batches for the 30-year-old in 2020, as Sunday marked his second multi-TD game of the campaign. Murray also posted a pair of rushing TDs Week 4 in Detroit, but he's otherwise been held scoreless over nine appearances this season. With only one outing all year yielding fewer than eight carries, Murray is in line for at least a moderate workload Week 13 in a road trip to Atlanta, especially considering his huge performance in the Mile High City.

Breida had eight carries for 36 yards during Sunday's 20-3 win over the Jets. He also secured both of his targets for 17 yards and fumbled once.

Breida was more efficient on the ground than DeAndre Washington (3.8 YPC), but he nonetheless handled five less carries and saw three fewer targets. He didn't see much work after fumbling in the third quarter. At one point in the offseason, it seemed as though Breida (not to mention Jordan Howard) was destined for a key role in the Dolphins' backfield, but even with both Myles Gaskin (knee) and Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) sidelined, the team doesn't seem willing to entrust him with more than No.2 duties. Even if both Gaskin and Ahmed sit out Week 13 against the Bengals, it will be difficult to trust Breida for fantasy purposes.

Kamara registered 54 rushing yards on 11 carries, also hauling in one of two targets for minus-two receiving yards during Sunday's 31-3 win against the Broncos.

New Orleans jumped out to a 17-0 halftime lead, allowing coach Sean Payton the luxury of reducing his Pro Bowl running back's workload. Kamara has averaged just 10.3 rush attempts per game over the past four weeks, with each contest resulting in a New Orleans win by at least 14 points. He's had more than 13 carries in a game only twice all season, but his receiving production has balanced out the lack of rushes until the past two weeks. He has just one catch over a pair of Taysom Hill starts. With Drew Brees as his starting quarterback Weeks 1 through 10, Kamara averaged 7.4 receptions and 72 receiving yards per game. Possibly without Brees until Week 15, Kamara enters a Week 13 matchup against a Falcons defense that is tied for the third-most receiving TDs allowed to opposing backs (four).

Washington rushed three times for six yards in the Saints' 31-3 win over the Broncos on Sunday.

With New Orleans leading this one comfortably throughout, the offense went on cruise control, leading to Washington's appearance. Coming into the contest, he sported five carries for nine yards on the season, all of which he racked up in a Week 9 rout of Tampa Bay. Unless the Saints are up big in a blowout, Washington is unlikely to take the field and will remain mostly a special-teams contributor.
