McCaffrey is questionable to return to Sunday's game versus the Saints due to cramping, Jonathan M. Alexander of The Charlotte Observer reports.
McCaffrey was seen attempting to stretch out his left calf with a Panthers trainer late in the third quarter before going to the locker room. While the team does everything possible to get him back on the field, Chuba Hubbard will work as the primary running back for the time being.
