McCaffrey (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game versus the Raiders, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
McCaffrey was a limited practice participant Thursday and Friday, which was enough for him to gain clearance to suit up in Week 9. He was hampered by a left hamstring injury during the 49ers' last game in Week 7 in Atlanta, when he handled a season-low 52 percent snap share but still notched 100 yards from scrimmage and a rushing TD on 13 touches.
