Rashaad Penny RB | CAR
Seahawks' Rashaad Penny: Suiting up in Week 13
Penny (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday versus the 49ers.
With Chris Carson (neck) out for the season and Alex Collins (abdomen) surprisingly getting the week off, Penny will be a part of the backfield rotation for just the fifth time this season. What kind of workload that amounts to remains to be seen, especially with recent addition Adrian Peterson slated to he the Seahawks' lead runner Sunday. In any case, Penny, DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer (calf) are available behind Peterson.

Ronald Jones RB | DAL
Buccaneers' Ronald Jones: Battling illness
Jones exited Sunday's game against the Falcons due to an illness, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Jones had one carry for two yards and caught his lone target for zero yards during the first half before leaving due to the ailment. Giovani Bernard should step up as Tampa Bay's No. 2 tailback behind starter Leonard Fournette.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Suits up Sunday
Jacobs (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against Washington.
Jacobs, who logged limited practices Thursday and Friday before heading into the weekend listed as questionable, will give it a go Sunday and should continue to lead the Raiders' backfield in Week 13, with Kenyan Drake and Peyton Barber on hand to spell him. In Las Vegas' 36-33 overtime win over Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, Jacobs logged 57 of a possible 87 snaps on offense en route to carrying 22 times for 87 yards and a TD while catching two of his four targets for 25 yards.

James Robinson RB | NO
Jaguars' James Robinson: Active for Sunday's game
Robinson (heel/knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Rams, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, heel and knee issues have left Robinson hobbled of late, but the running back was feeling better as of Saturday, setting the stage for him to suit up Sunday. As long as Robinson -- who parlayed his 38 snaps in the Jaguars' Week 12 loss to the Falcons into 17 carries for 86 yards and three catches for 29 yards -- is able to avoid any in-game setbacks, he should continue to lead his team's backfield versus Los Angeles, with Carlos Hyde on hand to work in a complementary role in the meantime.

Patrick Laird RB | TB
Dolphins' Patrick Laird: Ruled out with knee injury
Laird has been ruled out from Sunday's game against the Giants.
Laird suffered the injury in the first quarter and walked off the field under his own power after being looked at by trainers. He then went into the medical tent and ultimately the locker room before being quickly ruled out. The severity of the injury is not clear at this point, but Laird's next chance to return will be Week 15 as the Dolphins have a Week 14 bye.

Boston Scott RB | PIT
Eagles' Boston Scott: Ready to go Sunday
Scott (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Scott wasn't able to practice in any capacity this week due to a non-COVID-19-related illness, but the 26-year-old apparently made enough progress in recovery from the ailment over the past 48 hours to gain clearance for Sunday's contest. With quarterback Jalen Hurts (ankle) and running back Jordan Howard (knee) sidelined for Week 13, Scott could take on a slightly larger role than normal as the second option in the Philadelphia ground attack behind starting back Miles Sanders. Scott should also have a role on passing downs along with Kenneth Gainwell, as the Eagles haven't kept Sanders involved as a receiver in his first two games since returning from injured reserve.

Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ
Vikings' Kene Nwangwu: Active for Sunday
Nwangwu (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Nwangwu is set for a potentially prominent role in the Vikings' offense Sunday against the Lions. With Dalvin Cook (shoulder) out, Nwangwu will be slotted behind only Alexander Mattison on the running back depth chart. After landing on IR due to an injury suffered in their preseason opener, Nwangwu emerged in Week 8 against Dallas and quickly began making an impact on special teams, returning kickoffs for a touchdown in Week 9 and Week 12. Selected in the fourth round of the 2021 draft, Nwangwu has recorded two carries on the season for 16 yards, numbers he'll try to expand on Sunday.

Chris Evans RB | CIN
Bengals' Chris Evans: Won't play against Chargers
Evans (ankle) is inactive Week 13 against the Chargers, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Evans has been utilized more on special teams than he has in the backfield throughout the season, so his absence won't have major implications on the offensive game plan. Trayveon Williams was signed to the active roster this week and will likely end up taking on a role similar to Evans.
